My shopping was done in the garden center...quick lines customer service a plus

I worked for Ismael as a sub contractor on a few of his projects. I still have not been paid for the work I have done. It has been almost a year now. He will not answer a text, email or phone call. Very disappointed with my experience. Some people just aren't professional enough to run a business. Buyer beware!

I have been trying to get an estimate regarding a granite countertop as well as floor tile replacement and its been like pulling teeth. I even emailed them the dimensions of the counters and floors to simplify things and was told they would take care of it. .....3 times over a month and a half. I left two Voicemails since we last spoke as the business number is rarely answered and still have not received a return courtesy call or email Of course at this point I'm only calling to request an apology for wasting my time as I could have got had the work estimated and completed by now. Needless to say they have lost my business forever and my instincts say....they don't really care.

I love this place. Everyone is so nice and Teresa works hard to make her customers happy. If they don't have it, they'll get it for you!
