My experience with Abbey in Santa Maria was very good. The owner and staff were all very knowledgeable and helpful. The installers, Carlos and Esteban were truly superior in taking care to do everything well. I had a contractor tell me that I could have gotten a better deal with someone else but I am certain that I could not have gotten a better installation than what I got. The price was certainly fair and reasonable. I have had carpet installed based on price and lived to regret it. Installation problem are irritating and may not show up for some time. I hung out to watch the installation, which took all day, so that I could be sure that things were being done right. Carlos and Esteban exceeded my expectations from beginning to end. I am very happy with my choice to have Abbey install carpeting in my 4 bedroom house.

I was in the paint department looking for a certain kind of paint metallic I looked around for an employee and when I found one he told me to look for the button for somebody else I was floored.. at least if he did know about that department he could have told me where the button was but told me to look for it.. I was so upset I left thanks anyway. I know what to expect at Home Depot I didn't expect that from you guys..

I went in to IDC Flooring recently with my wife to get new carpet and hardwood for our home in Willow Glen. We were blown away by the selection and prices - and the impressive expertise our flooring consultant, Derick, had really helped us pick the perfect combination of colors and textures for our home. IDC's installers did a flawless job, and left our place better than brand new. If you're looking for any kind of flooring in San Jose, Santa Clara or anywhere within a 30 or 40 mile distance from the San Jose airport, make the drive to IDC Flooring...it's worth it!

Paid $25 for an estimate and told they will send an email with the quote. I was asked to go in. I has to wait 1h. And they showed me 2 estimates that were completely wrong. Ex labor charges twice, nail down accounted on a cement slab, and wrong sq/ft... Good for materials but avoid installation.

The people that work in the various departments are very good but the customer service area seemed to be struggling. They told us that they were working w/a new system, I hope it isn't Windows Works!

This company is very honest and did perfect job. They just finished my office ‘s floor . The color choosed very popular. Evern the corner did very detail . Strongly recommended !

Amazing selection and service. They speak both English and Mandarin. Very family-flavor biz but DEFINITELY scaled for massive orders, too. If you are doing any flooring project, be sure to check this place out! Cheers…

Tony met us at our home while we were doing a major remodel. He beat out the next closest pricing by about 25%. He installed it quickly and it has lasted well over the last 3 years. I appreciate people that know their trade well and he is one of those individuals. Good advice, it's obvious that he is experienced, and most importantly, it was done right.
