Flooring

Extremely friendly staff, full of knowledge!!

Always helpful

Better than Rona but is that saying much? Staff is generally helpful, when you can find someone who can actually help you. Paint desk can be a pain to deal with if the wrong people are on staff. Overall, still a bit of "When computer says no, employee says no" but a few will still try and help. Limited stock in common items, but they do have some niche items lying around. For example - I've seen them run out of 3" deck screws. More than once. Deck screws folks...anyways. It must be nice to own a business with little competition. I try to order online more and more just because of sub par service.

Have to say the small town service has never left the building here, kudos to the management, your employees are a compliment to your business.

Noah has to be the greatest salesman in that store. What a guy. I came in looking for carpet and he really stepped up to my super picky demands. He spent a good chunk of his day going through every carpet with me and helped me pick out my perfect carpet. And at a very reasonable price. Would definitely recommend Noah and the Floor Store for anyone looking for flooring.

We had a great experience working with Maryann. The planning of the flooring to the time to gt all the work done as well. Very Professional. Would totally recommend Coles Flooring to others.

My experience at Cole’s Santee showroom was wonderful. I was undecided about what kind of flooring I wanted. Taylor was amazing and explained my options, she had so much patience with me as I changed my mind many times. She communicated with me through the whole process, checking in to see how installation was going, and answered my many questions. The installation team was amazing as well, very respectful of my home and made me part of the decision process like how to lay the grain, how I wanted the baseboards and other edges to look, making suggestions when I was undecided. Overall such a great experience. I love my floors and would highly recommended to anyone thinking about new flooring to visit the Santee showroom and ask for Taylor.

Excellent service both at the store (Jaclyn) and by the team of installers (Mario, Julio). Very useful discussion at the store of the different options, pros and cons, and a lot of patience to go over the materials, colors, styles, etc. Everyone was friendly, knowledgeable and competent. It was a great experience,

Super helpful!

Very long walk to get here. Felt like I traveled 100 miles

Very helpful and friendly. Told me how I can fix my current door situation when they easily could have just sold me a new door. Very honest friendly people here. I highly recommend them and will certainly give them business in the future. Thank you!!

Remember when you walked into a store and all the Staff were super helpful and friendly. It was packed to the gills with all sorts of things you forgot you needed? Widgets, shoe polish, an impossible stain remover ,that actually worked? WE LOVE OUR HOME HARDWARE STORE at Brooks Landing. It is the best, old fashioned, good service store in Nanaimo...PERIOD! ABSOLUTELY FABULOUS

Excellent job! On time and very professional. Very hard to find this quality of work in this town.
