Flooring

The Area Rug Store has excellent selection and are very professional! Jamie knows her products and her installers are very skilled. We had our stairs done and the carpet looks great and feels great - the installation was perfect.

Great store for flooring products like Ditra.

Excellent service. Great products. Phenomenal installations done by knowledgeable installers

As echoed in other reviews, this company does not stand by their product/work, and their after-product service is poor. They did the tile work in our home and, five years later, the grout has cracked severely and tiles are loose. When we brought this up with the company, we were told they could send someone for a free estimate, but we would have to pay for repair. Without even looking at the floor, they advised that the grout had cracked and tile came loose because of 'structural issues'. That leaves us to ask, what kind of experienced/reputable floor company would install a tile floor in an area that has 'structural issues?', when they know this will cause problems within a very short time frame. We are extremely disappointed with their service and failure to ensure they were installing an expensive tile floor on a structurally suitable base.

Great selection, super friendly staff.

Have purchased flooring here on 2 occasions. Both were excellent experiences with knowledgeable and helpful staff. Lots of options for flooring.

If you're looking for any level of customer service go somewhere else. Had one question for the person at the desk and was met with the biggest sigh and eye roll. 0 help.

Great experience from start to finish! John and his team went above and beyond what we expected. We highly recommend Winnipeg Flooring to anyone needing flooring services. Thanks again guys

We go to Heartland for products and advice when refinishing hardwood floors.

This company was hired to do work in my building in November 2013. I paid close to $20,000 for the flooring. Upon completion, they didn't even ask if their work was satisfactory and it wasn't. They left a HUGE yellow stain approximately 5 meters long on my floor that makes the floor look dirty. Almost two years later, it is now starting to crack and break apart and chip. I have been relentlessly trying to get ahold of them for the past 2 and a half months and every time I call or email, I get "Sorry Frank is out of the building but he will call you when he gets back." "Frank is away now and is gone all week" "Frank is really busy and doesn't have time right now". REALLY??? This is what you consider good customer service is? I have been nothing but patient and polite to them and apparently they don't care what so ever. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY! If you want pictures of their work, let me know and I will have no problem sending you pictures of the "quality" of work that they do. Shame on you.

My company has been dealing with Julien Tile and Stone for a couple of years. They consistently provide us with a high level of service. They are always friendly and are also very helpful to our clients that visit their showroom. We highly recommend this company.
