This patio furniture never dies. My set has been outside for 20+ yrs. even in the winter! It is just a little bit duller than it was. A little spray of varnish would bring back the luster if I feel like doing it. It is a fantastic set. Well worth the money.

Best customer service from a furniture store. The sales associate, Adam, helped me with all of my needs and concerns, he is a very knowledgeable and overall happy man. Will definitely come to this location again for future purchases.

Bought a dog bed from the pet expo for 80 or 100. It hasnt lasted a year before loose threads started showing basically everywhere. I dont wash it often to avoid this very thing but it did it anyways. There are better brands out there that accomodate larger breeds. More money but at least they'll last somewhat.

Extremely Pathetic place. Owner doesn't have the etiquette to talk. Doesn't like to believe their product can have faults. When i pointed out that issue with my returned furniture which is not solved, he asked me to leave the premise. God only knows how such businesses survive

Tried calling but no answer or voice mail so writing what I wanted to discuss with Customer Service. Bought sofa bed in North Bay Leon's April 2017 and called them in September to let them know there was a problem with the bspring reclining that it did not go all the way back. Tech said sees the problem and replacing was delivered few days later. Was nit until I used it that saw replacement was the same. Went in yesterday and was told it is not a defect but the way it is designed. Did not know then who manufactured this couch as there was no label providing this information or contact information , Store manager called me and after discussing my displeasure of this couch both as a couch and sofa bed was given the manufacturer's name and said if they approve an exchange to something I feel is a comfortable replacement they will exchange. Don't get me wrong the sofa bed is a great quslity built but lacking both comfort in sleeping and sitting

Always had wonderful interactions with the staff. The owner of the store personally greeted me and took care of the inquiries I had. Even after the transaction was complete I was offered some coffee and stayed back to chat with them. Extremely customer focused! Ask for Cawas!

Huge place! We went on customer appreciation day so we got free hotdogs and pop! A nice surprise! We shipped inside the store for about an hour and saw some nice things. Noticed the prices are a bit higher here but that's ok because the quality of products is really high! The salesman are a bit nosey but that is their job. They do leave you alone when you ask them to. The store is very clean and well organized. Will return for sure!
