ive been shopping here for years, always a great experience the furniture is very good quality, the owner is very very nice very respectful and is extremely helpful. i definitely recommend to shop here.

I shopped around and found that MCD had the best prices by far. Its honestly worth checking out. They took care of me and Ill for sure recommend them to family and friends.

My Couch is 12 years old and is still in great shape. We've raised two dogs and two kids(as well as their friends) with the same couch. Great quality leather, and great service.

The most unethical supplier I have ever used. Sends me an inflated invoice and tries to charge me for storage without telling me that he was going to charge me, and then charges my Canadian Credit card in US dollars even though I have never paid him in US dollars before, and that was never agreed upon. He also didn't bother reading the email with the sizing and made the cushions wrong. Beware

This has got to be the worst location without a doubt. I called on Easter Weekend (the Saturday) It's not a so called Easter Holiday, just falls on Easter Weekend. Purpose for calling was regarding an issue with a Device purchased only 3 months prior . Sites (webpage) indicated open until 6.:00pm this was false information (they were only open till 5.30pm). What if a person were in route to going to this location by bus? And just say they arrived at the Plaza 15 minutes before 6pm. They are thinking on great i made it in time before closing of 6pm. Meanwhile the store had actually closed at 5.30pm but the site said 6pm?! I had two others call asking what time they close and SANDY informed them 5.30pm. I had one of my callers tell HER (SANDY) site says 5.30pm and she informed my caller that they close all different times??? HOW can you Run a business like this?? The rude ignorant customer server i spoke with on the phone previous to going out there was unprofessional. She did contradicted herself in one instance, but wouldn't take ownership for doing so. Long story short, i am the type of individual that if you speak to me in a disrespectful tone or attitude believe me i will let it be known that I do not under any circumstances allow one that is to be professional to actually be disrespectful and ignorant with me. So, I said i would be in on the Monday. I did say that if she had that same attitude and rudeness, speaking over me ... etc.. that there would be an issue! She didn't care (which is more than fine) I asked what her name is so I would know who to ask for.. Also know that I am dealing with this useless rude customer service ? ? / sales rep ? ? Her name is SANDY, i informed her that it would be easy to remember as mine is Sandra. I did say if you have that attitude on Monday there there is going to be issues. (meaning she would see that I am not going to take her yelling, speaking over me, rude comments, disrespectful and just couldn't care less. I had this same problem when i opened my account in Deb. ' That customer Service female as well found out that I just don't appreciated nor tolerate anything of the such. So bottom line, When I told this SANDY rep that i would be there at the Hurontario Monday and if there was the same problem i would deal with it. She said to me is that a THREAT, (is that a threat?) Too much i thought. .. Her final words were come in i will see you on Monday, I will be here. I informed her i will be there and that I will not forget her name since mine (unfortunately)) is the same. I find this store has very bad mannerism and has no passion in selling, speaking, trying to accommodate the customers, it appears that they are always short on stock. First time i purchased in Dec the until they DID NOT HAVE WHAT I WANTED.. I had to chose for something else. Now today they did not have a loaner, they should always have an extra one on hand for for their customers and potential customers. I feel they do not care nor appreciate their customers. I advise clients to go to Dundas Rd and Dixie Roads location. I will note the outcome of this meeting event on Monday as well as ta. I shall also let you all know if this location did get in a loaner ( from another store /Or if they were able to try and fix it themselves.) Rate this store locate3 Rate the employees 2

Worst customer service ever. The people don't deliver on time and also do not pick up calls. Had a nightmare ordered sofa but the pillows were not delivered. The shop manager does not pick up call and had to go to the store and ask him. He told me it will be delivered the next day. One week past no calls and no updates. I again go to the shop and the guy is so atrocious that he tells me to pick up from another shop and he told me that there will be six pillows. When I personally go to another shop to pick them up, I receive only four. I am fed up with the pathetic service. This happened not before they forgot to deliver the queen size bed and missed the delivery deadline. Had to go to the shop personally to enquire as the manager does not pick up calls. He then tells me that it will be delivered the next day.
