I had shopped at several different stores looking for a specific Trica stool. All the sales people quoted me a very high price. Only chair source offered me a reasonable price. Shelby at your Jane St store was knowledgeable and an absolute pleasure to shop with. She was very helpful with colour selections and made your store stand out. I am extremely happy with your customer service and your very quick reply’s to my emails by Marta Wojtal. I will recommend your store to anyone I know looking for a fair price for quality chairs with outstanding services. In this world of big box stores were no one understands their products or even cares, it was a pleasure to visit a quality store with great service. I will be a loyal customer in the future. Very poor customer Service/care. I was a loyal customer to Bombay & Co. I bought many things from them, but I did not know when comes to their turn as customers service, everything will be changed. For example I purchased one of their iland tables which they told me so many good things about the quality that the wood is the strong, and nothing will happen to it.. But after two years it started to crack by every piece of it that was glued or attached to be come one piece on the surface of the table. Then, when I went back and reported the issue they did not accept it and brought so many excuses not to accept the refund, exchange, or store credit. Also, about two or three month ago I bought two accent chairs from other location, but I never used them until I got all my furniture for my new home. After opening the product, I noticed they were not the good quality as I saw on their floor as sample; so, I went back to return the UNUSED chairs, but the same story happened and they said because its after 14 days, they can not do anything. They did not accept my UNUSED chairs because of their nonsense return policy. I as used to be their loyal customer, stopped purchasing from #Bombay&Co. because of their very poor customer care. I do not recommend them.

I had a sales girl named Giselle, she was very knowledgeable and helpful. Her manager Amir introduced himself and helped us get the prefect items for our home. There was a lady at the front desk named Marna she got us a great delivery date for our closing date and made sure we got this “carekit” thing for the extended warranty, my wife loves it. All in all would shop here again!

Great finishing

I would be very cautious about buying their products without much research. They pass every problem back to the merchant who usually won't back you up. They have terrible customer service from head office. i have spent a lot on mirrors, furniture, rugs . They won't deal with issues that have come up . I wasn't even pointing any fingers, just asking for assistance. So, be wary
