Great stuff but limited parking

We bought a reception desk from here a month ago and it arrived built the wrong way. I called and spoke to Luke and the team there made it right 2 weeks later with the proper desk. They made it easy to be a customer and with so much going on on a daily basis, i am so happy for that. Salon happy that when they commit to a date and time, they meet that commitment. I purchased 2 IMG recliners. Stone Creek had the best price compared to the retailers in the GTA. It was a pleasure dealing with Soila at the Woodbridge location and the delivery was the best ever. I received a reminder the night prior with a 3 hour window, notification the morning of with the exact time of arrival, and they were here as promised. Top flight professional service at all levels. Worst experience with them. I’m not gonna recommend to anyone. Away from these product. I don’t know how these people sell these poor quality product to customer.

These guys are great. We have used them over the years to do some repairs and refinishing on damages to our customers furniture during some moves. They have always come through for us on difficult repairs with our customers being very satisfied. We have even used them to patch and refinish art frames that came out cheaper than replacing them. They looked factory fresh. Saved us a bundle.

I searched all morning for a deal..Needed a sofa and bed set asap...I was so well taken care of!!!...and the deal was impeccable!!!..great service great prices!!..same day delivery...I'm so happy I walked into big boss furniture..I'll be back for sure again...and I'll refer anyone
