We were looking for king mattress last week and after walking out from Leons very disappointed and confused, we stopped by the Brick at Vaughan Mills and it changed everything for us. We are so happy and pleased with the service we received from Bill and Julia. They were very knowledgeable, honest and helpful. We had many questions to ask and a budget to work with. They went over all of our questions so patiently and in detail. We purchased our most favourite king mattress, boxes, pillows, covers...AND everything was delivered 3 days later! We are extremely happy with our purchase and truly appreciate the help and amazing service. Thank you so much Bill and Julia!

I bought furniture at this place and they charge $500.00 for delivery fee. They won’t allow me to get a refund for the item I bought. BEWARE THAT THE DELIVERY PEOPLE THAT THEY HAVE ARE REAP OFF/ LEECHES. WHO ON EARTH HAD THE GUTS TO CHARGE YOU $500.00 for DELIVERY FEES. CALLED THE STORE AND I WAS TOLD THATS WHAT THEY CHARGE. DONT BUY AT THIS STORE!! BEWARE AND BE CAUTIOUS!!!

Horrible customer service, with horrible delivery times. I places an order for a bedroom set mid August, just to make sure it arrives on Septemeber 1st when we move into our new home. I was promised September 1st delivery, they call me back saying it will be 2 weeks late ! So far thats 4-5 weeks of lead time for my product to arrive. tomorrow is their due date, i tried calling several times until someone picks up the phone (left voicemail and they still did not get back), someone picks up tells me it's going to be another week late ! Mind you I sold my old bed in hopes of getting this new bed set on time. This is the worst type of delivery I've ever seen. How can one product take 6-7 weeks to arrive???

I brought Mario a couch that I had to take apart to get out of my house. I thought it was beyond repair, but he worked his magic and did an amazing job putting it back together and upholstering it. Now it looks as good as the day I bought it. He charged me half of any other estimate I got on the job. He is a true professional and I highly recommend using his services.

Mario does excellent work. His prices are also reasonable. I will definitely be coming back for any future furniture refinishing work. A+

Dave was superior in completing a recent Black Friday Sale online ; communication, response time of phone and email and overall service were great. Delivery of my new TV was excellent.

Terrible service. We made multiple visits and discussed our planned purchase in great detail, however we were never taken seriously. Extremely disappointed.

Mediocre service. Do yourself a big favor and don’t ever set foot in that store. Worst customer service experience ever. Reading the other reviews, I can see that we’re not the first customers to be treating like garbage by that manager. Great first impression, total let down.

Loved their furniture and accessories. They have a great selection of classic chairs and bedroom sets, as well as stylist accessories and wall decorations. The customer service is also great!
