Nice place to buy furnitures

I really think all scales should have a zero to begin with, as averaging out the no. of reviews really just helps the establishment and doesn't necessarily reflect the true picture. Pathetic experience through and through and Leons is just very consistent in being pathetic as a business unit. Whether its the product quality, professionalism, delivery, sales, returns or commitments. I don't wish to enter their store ever as I am not interested in dealing with street hustlers in the garb of Premium furniture outlet. I don't even know where to begin from but will tell you that their "Dining Table" was delivered and returned TWICE from my place and it took them 2 weeks to pick these rusted (LIKE really rusted), misaligned, chipped and wobbly chairs and tables. Despite the first Table and Chair set being returned to the store and raising the concern, the second piece was worse and even though it was assembled in store before being delivered had the same problems as the first piece. Absolutely ridiculous return and installation policy. The amount of effort it takes for two individuals to drive from warehouse to a client's location and unload the material is significant. Why would you not open it right there and take the returns if the item is below quality. And they will reschedule and come back again and that piece of junk will remain in customers house until then. (3-4 weeks in this case for two returns). I just really wish they knew how to run a business successfully and wouldn't have to resort to these "Stoop low" strategies to remain profitable. For all this hassle we cancelled the coffee table and the dining table (oh BDW) not advertised on the website anymore ;) so someone will save the hassle of going through the BS. We lost an entire month, lost so much time and money and still didn't had the dining table/chairs till the time we changed the BRAND. I have purchased my sofa set as well as bed set for my kids and myself from the store manager, he was very helpful as to coming to our home to pick up a heavy dresser as his delivery people could not manage to bring up the stairs, we had a problem with out mattresses as they would not fit our bed well and he helped us out very well in solving the issue, I am very satisfied with his service, highly recommend.

i buy whole home furniture from khalsa furniture. all Canadian made according to my space they made sofa set sectional i like it. i also recommend to others go there and buy all furniture they gave you better deal and stuff

DO NOT BUY THERE PRODUCTS!!!! I PURCHASED FROM BAD BOY FINCH LOCATION A COUCH & LOVESEAT. THEY SHOULD CHANGE THE COMPANY NAME TO POOR KWALITY IMPORTS AND POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! AFTER SIX MONTHS OF PURCHASE IN A HOUSE HOLD OF 1 PEARSON NO KIDS NO SPOUSE MY COUCH & LOVE SEAT HAS MANY RIPS & TEARS IN THE BACK DUE TO NO PADDING IN THAT AREA. I APPLIED FOR WARRANTY & KWALITY IMPORTS LTD. DENIED MY CLAIM TWICE! I TRIED REACHING OUT TO THEM AS BAD BOY FURNITURE SUGGESTED AND THEY STILL REFUSED TO HELP KNOWING I WAS WILLING TO PAY FOR THE REPLACEMENT PARTS NEEDED!

Friendly, easy to get along with guys who do amazing work! Everything is so well made and gorgeous. The fact that they're SO eco-friendly is what makes them so great to me. Environmentally conscious with great prices. Definitely my go-to for custom pieces for my home now!

We were met by friendly young sales representative who helped us finalize our sofa choice. He patiently showed us a variety of products and arranged a visit to shipping dept so we could see our preference of material. He met the price for an extra console that was promised at the homeshow. Overall we are very pleased with our shopping experience with Sofa By Fancy.

If you are hunting for antiques, you are in heaven. So much to see, to pick, to take home. It's not suitable to bring small kids. Aisles are very tight. Love this place.
