the experience was great . we visited most all stores in gta and found consistency in product style prices and store ambiance. the customer servive varied depending on person and their personilty. Vaughan city was the best . oakville second amd mississuaga last. we bought it from there because its closer to our house but the service was good but less customized. i like the sales person but just to compare

Our sales person was very inviting as soon as we walked in the door. She was not pushy. She very knowledgeable and had lots of recommendations. She took her time helping us to decide what we wanted.

My friend and i bought sofa from this store recently. Both of us bought a customized sofa - chose fabric combinations, armrest design, cushion design...good for those looking to customize their sofa, price is reasonable. Bottom cover of the sofa was torn when it arrived amd that’s why i am goving one star less. The owner was pleasant.

The store has great stuff, good quality and very elegant. We were looking for a bedroom set for long, visited multiple stores but once we walked into Ashley we knew there was no turning back. The staff at the store is extremely friendly, patient and willing to sit down and discuss various design options, provide recommendations and also suggest appropriate financing options. We would definitely come back to the store for all our future furniture requirements.

I bought two office desks in here. It is a good deal. The quality is better than other similar companies. It is easy to assemble.
