What a great place to shop and if you want to save money, Direct buy is for you. The membership is now so affordable, every household can afford to have one, even if it is a small renovation or a large one, I believe it will be beneficial. Michelle in the Edmonton office is really knowledgeable and very helpful, always willing to help out with whatever your needs are. I think it is a great place to shop and save. I certainly am grateful that I checked into the membership and got one.

So, admittedly, some of the lead staff/older ladies can be a bit aloof and unfriendly... However, when it comes down to service policy and sheer selection of finer baby products and staff knowledge of products, this place is the best bang for your time-buck. We have purchased most of our bigger products here, strollers, carriers, even our toddler's "princess bed." Our baby boy will soon be needing similar things such as a bigger bed. Prices are actually competitive to Toys R Us, for similar items - definetly better prices AND selection than the few baby boutiques in town.

Very kind people and professional, with great deals and good prices

Steve and Marlene were a pleasure to deal with every step of the way. Steve’s experience in turning a old and tired orange oak table into a modern look allowed us to keep the table in which many fond family dining experiences took place over the last 25 plus years. I highly recommend their services!! Blair

Truly a great man who runs this company. Honest and hard-working. You will not find a man of his skills anywhere else. Well worth your money to have your precious furniture fixed

I strongly recommend hiring this team for your upholstery needs. They are great to work with as they were able to meet the exact needs of our clinic. Their prices are well within reason and their service is very fast. They where able to offer pick up and delivery of the product and called ahead to let us know when they were on their way. We have already received complements about how our treatment tables look since having them fixed. Thanks for the great service!

Decent selection, but items can be found for cheaper online

Fast friendly service.

Excellent customer service! Found what we were looking for at a great price. Easy to find because the store is well organized and displayed so we could find exactly the right piece of furniture. It was in stock and ready for pick up the same day. We are very pleased with the whole experience.

The prices are awesome and they always have discounts on one thing or another.

I have bought lots of things here over the years but never again. Just had the rudest customer service in more than 20 years of living on Fort McM, apparently from the manager/owner. I was not looking for another reason for shopping on-line but I found one.

I went in looking for a mattress for my daughter. Told her I was looking for firm & just the mattress. She wasn't very helpful at all. She said the only way to tell if it's firm is to lie on it ! Aren't there specs on the mattresses? Online it says Firm ,eurotop. Etc. I left & ordered online. 🙄
