The management, delivery, and sales people are the best of the bunch - they are responsive, committed, follow through without hesitation or prompting, and ensure the customer is well looked after throughout all aspects of the sale, right through to delivery! Quite simply, the best retail experience I've ever had!

I bought my dining chairs here five years ago... besutiful chairs! Last year my cat destroyed the leather coverage on the back of the seats. I was super sad and went back to sundeep furniture to see if they could fix them. The chairs couldn't be fixed but the staff went above and beyond to help me. They found spare parts (back part of the chairs) and gave them to me for free. Great service. Highly recommended!!!

Went in to have 1 sheet printed and 3 pieces of paper laminated (certificates). Waited at the print counter for 5 mintues while a employee starred at me from his computer. He did call for help for another employee... which never came. I started using my phone to figure out how to email what I needed printed to the email they need it sent to and asked him where the printers where. None of the printers would accept either of my 2 cards as 'payment' and although I had cash on me to pay anyways, getting this guy to do anything wasn't happening. After waiting another few minutes at the counter to see if I could load one of their cards... and the clerk still basically ignoring me, I left.

Disappointing customer service, service not on time, customer satisfaction is Zero. As an overall, it's absolutely not recommended to deal with.

We ordered brand new kitchen cabinets from Kitchen Craft a couple months ago. Our cabinet design specialist Carly Pittman was so helpful and knowledgeable. Purchased the Icarus pillows from Threads & More and I love them. Amazing quality and the red was a great accent for my living room. Highly recommended.

A small company with lots of experience. The variety of unique bedframes is what drew me in. Beautiful craftsmanship executed on extravagant choices of wood. Oh, the mattresses are cool too. Comfy and compatible in different unique designs to suit any sleeping style. Try a few out, it will be well worth your time!
