Sadly, the manager didn’t see my first review but I’m leaving another just because the owner NEEDS to know how great his store was, the service was amazing the manager, Shaw was so understanding and nice he even invited me to a cricket event! This is honestly the best experience I’ve EVER had at any brick location and the manager and staff should be really proud of themselves!

Don't let appearances deceive you, this store has whatever you're looking for, from the very highest quality to exceptional value - all at reasonable prices! I asked Sunny at Furniture Ville to quarterback a custom build of my favourite leather (Elmo Grande II) on a Condo sofa and 1/2 Condo chair. The leather was, to say the least, an extremely nice leather that is not normally available at most manufacturers and retailers. The results were gorgeous and I'm so glad I discovered such a great retailer that can deal with the highest quality items at such a reasonable price! Sunny... Many, Many THANKS!

We are really pleased with the quality of our new sofa’s. We especially like the fact that they are manufactured in CANADA. The best part of our experience was that we had a custom order, which was placed November 20th. We hoped our furniture might make it for Christmas but realized it would be tight. So when they arrived on November 29th, we were blown away. Very happy!

if there was ZERO stars I would have picked it. Horrible store and staff. I bought a mattress and they refused to exchange after 4 days as I wasn't satisfied. There Sales never explained terms of exchange, and its not on the invoice. Yet, they they are refusing and referring to fine print on the invoice. DONT GO TO THIS STORE AGAIN. dishonest people who don't care about their customers

Sells mostly patio furniture; gazebos, umbrellas, bases, lounge chairs,chairs and tables of various shapes and sizes(plastic, wood, metals of rust resistant types etc). Lovely realistic looking garden plants. Few lovely home interior decor pieces and other patio furniture accessories.

I went here to buy a full sized bed frame and the African American lady with long curly hair was being rude to me cause I look younger than my actual age and assumes I don’t know anything about bed frames and started berating me and walks away. No manager was on site so I asked Mohammad can he help me instead but he said I’ll get the lady here that helped you and I said no and explained that she was rude to me , he starts touching me on the shoulder and I said I’ll leave cause I don’t want her service cause she is rude. Mohammad helped me with the purchase. Tell your staff to be more professional and respectful to customers.

The best custom furniture job. Great craftsmanship and attention to detail. We just moved to a new house and couldn't really afford a lot of the pricey furniture we saw in other stores. We were very happy to find this store in a industrial plaza between Mississauga and Oakville. Their showroom stuff are discounted up to 80% and they can do any color you wish. We ended up getting a bed, custom kitchen and, bathroom vanities and a dining set. All real wood no MDF.
