We purchased some bedroom furniture that we could not find elsewhere. Hanah in Sales/Customer Service was very pleasant, not pushy and patient. Excellent service and product !

I ordered a custom-made sectional, went through all the details with the sales staff, from sofa construction options to the density of the cushions. Once my sectional arrived the pillows were not what we selected, being a reasonable person, we went to the store where the store manager was completely unhelpful. We brought along the cushion of our new sectional to compare with what we selected in store, it was an obvious difference. At first the store manager denied there was any difference at all, when we asked the sales laddies who helped us they confirmed the density was much softer then their floor model. The store manager proceeded to tell us. the back of the cushions is what we selected and the density of the cushion depends on whether the envelope stuffing is from Canada or China. We explained to the store manager given the thousands of dollars this sectional has costed, we would have opted for the Canadian stuffing if we were given the choice. This Company prides themselves on north American made products, they did not offer to replace the 10 back cushions and told us there would be a $250 fee per cushion. Terrible customer service, they don’t stand behind there products. Buyer Beware.

The company I worked for asked me to source office furniture including cubicles and task chairs, after speaking with vendors in the Mississauga area, we decided to move forward with transitions because of their price, selection and service. Thanks again Transitions, our office looks great!

Angela was such a huge help with helping my husband and I find a few new pieces of furniture for our first home. She made us feel like family and we managed to stay in our budget. You want to deal with some crazy mob llike people, you have found the right place. Donald is a plant. Come to my home in the middle of the night, waking my family and neighbors. seriously. I love my son, he makes wrong choices, Your small mindness will ruin you. seriously. What did you think that would accomplish besides this.

DO NOT BUY FROM HERE! ****This place is a complete scam! *** We bought a real leather sectional couch from here. When we finally got it, the sewing was coming out in the seams and a spring was sticking out on one of the pieces. We emailed/called even went in person to have it replaced. Because I was losing my temper after several months of no response the owner promised he would call with the new piece. A week later movers just showed up at my house with the ‘new piece’. Luckily I was home. It was raining, the new couch had no plastic on it, the movers just walked in with muddy-wet shoes scraping my wall and front door bringing it in. After they left I started wiping it down and it was filthy! I realized the new seat was the display as there were blue jean marks from people sitting on it. My husband stopped at the store on his way home, sat down on our old couch (now in the store on display) and felt the spring that had been sticking out. The manager apologized that he tried to scam us, and that he couldn’t get the new couch on the date he had promised so he thought he would pull a fast one and give us a dirty display couch. He eventually did give us a new couch after months but we had to keep the display one for a while. And it doesn’t end there..... not even a year later, that same new replacement, the frame completely broke and was sagging. Again we emailed and called for over 6 months. No replies. And when we would call they always pretend the owner isn’t in etc.and give us a different email to contact. Finally we went in person. The owner tried to say he was the ‘new’ owner and he’s in no way affiliated and gave me the phone number for the ‘old’ owner. I told him I was calling right then while I was in the store. After asking him some questions I find out they’re all affiliated owners with the other Friends Furniture in Brampton etc. When he got caught in his lie he started swearing at us and kicked us out of the store, locked it up and closed it early lol They’re all just scammers. Someone did call us back and tried to charge us $250 to fix it but we declined and got someone else to fix it.
