Horible service. I took my boat seats to him and was told at least a month. Called after 6 weeks to be told maybe next week. Called 2 weeks to be told again maybe next week.I waited another 2 weeks and had to go get em back. No appologies were offered. No debit or Credit cards accepted. The reception i guess that's what i should call it was poluted with cigarette smoke. Jeremy.

The saleswoman was knowledgeable about what I was looking for, full of information about the technology.

Was attempting to print at the self serve kiosk with Google drive. Went through all the prompts to print. Once I got the final screen to print, error screen came up and I had to restart the process. Seeing as I was in a rush, I went to the employee in the print center to get her to simply print off the computer she has access to. To me to go back to the kiosk, as they can't print from their end. Would have been nice to see some better customer service regarding the experience, or better systems development on the business end to print of a couple pieces of paper.

Overall the staff are nice enough, however not empowered to make a decision without consulting their manager. They did try to locate a replacement product, but were not successful. In my opinion, I think they need to stand by their product, and replace it. The product I am referring to should never had broken, but it did and now we are the proud owners of a piece of junk. Let us hope in the future, people think about purchasing items there. Sadly, we do not have much choices in the area.

Terrible experience. From researching online for a good mattress I was recommended to go to local mattress shops, one of which was Kingdom Mattress Factory. From the website they describe the custom mattress experience. I called and spoke with someone who said they had mattresses we could try and would create a custom mattress for us. I phoned again before making the trip out and explained what we were looking for and said we were driving from Vancouver and specifically asked if there's anything we should know before driving an hour and a half out to there store. They said nothing except that custom mattresses took a week to make. We drove the hour and a half to walk in to a small hide-away-bed store where the employee immediately apologised saying their mattresses were actually only for hide-away beds, not as regular mattresses. She wanted us to tell her exactly what we wanted inside our mattress (foam, coils, other materials, etc.) and was shocked when we said we didn't know exactly the materials and the amount of each. She should have told us on the phone we needed to know this before going all the way to Chilliwack. She said they were limited in resources because they really just had thin foam for their hide-away beds. They had no mattress to try out except one hide-away bed she pulled out, and then literally put the bed away as I went to touch the material. She then showed us some pamphlets while walking us out of the store after discovering we came for custom mattresses like it was described on the website. She apologised again while showing us the door. She could have told us ANY of this during either of my phone calls when I explained exactly what we were looking for. It took a total of 5 minutes, and then another hour and a half drive back for the worst experience. Don't call yourself Kingdom Mattress Factory (which a description of custom mattresses on the website) when you only specialize in hide-away-beds.

Great service, good furniture, and nice people. The guy was working so hard for us, even when he was recovering, after he lost a family member.

Tammy Sloan was very helpful and a great associate. She helped us out and got us what we wanted at a reasonable affordable price. I have bought all my furniture there for the last 10 years

Amazing service. We bought an eight piece king size bedroom suite and tempur pedic bed and had it delivered two days later. Unfortunately, my apartment complex did have a functioning elevator. The delivery guys, nav and warren, lifted all the items up three flights of stairs. It took them over 3 hours but they did it without complaining. Thank you to the management, staff and delivery people at hometown. Great customer service that went above and beyond what we were expecting.

After another sleepless night on the rock of a “soft” mattress I purchased, I give this store a one star. The salesman told me that half of Chilliwack has this mattress.. I highly doubt that. And do not buy a mattress protectant from this store either. Spent a $100.00 on one and it’s like sleeping on a plastic bag. Overall, very disappointing and the salespeople have no interest in making anything right.

I would give this store 0 stars if I could. The manager is the rudest person I have ever dealt with! The prices she quoted me changed every time I talked to her as she suddenly found more fees etc to charge that were not disclosed when she gave previous prices. Then when I questioned one of the details, she just quit emailing me and I never heard from her again. I took my business to the Abbotsford store and they were FANTASTIC!!! After, I was told by several other people in Chilliwack that this store has a reputation and no one will deal with them!!

Staff have always been very helpful and pleasant. Qualify of furniture purchased has been excellent. Have products made in Canada.

I have purchased quite a few pieces from Antiques By Design over the years and have always found the company to be helpful and accommodating and the antiques to be well worth the price and exactly as described in the online catalogue. Antiques By Design is a very trustworthy company.
