We bought a couch set and a TV from The Brick 5 years ago. We are people who absolutely never purchase a warranty, however the salesman knocked the price of the warranty off of the couch set with the assurance that in 5 years we could bring our receipts back and if we hadn't used the warranty in that time then we'd get that money. Apparently that (at the time) was not the policy of The Brick and so when we brought our receipt in after 5 years we were told that it was impossible to do that. Our issue is that the salesman clearly lied to us in order to get us to purchase the warranty and although he had taken the $130 off of the couches in order for the final cost to be equivalent to what we would have just paid without a warranty, clearly he was able to adjust the price down so we were obviously paying more than we needed to. We have moved out of town and were just on our way back home when we went in, in the hopes that we could either resolve the warranty like the original salesman (who still works there) had said, or get the store credit so that we could use it at the store in our new home town, so we did not have time to look around. To the credit of those who were there, they did seem to want to try to work out a deal on a new purchase with us but we didn't have time or space in the car to look around and buy something that day, and quite frankly we are pretty choked that we were blatantly lied to by the original salesman. Update: After e-mailing the e-mail provided by the company it looks like this issue will be being resolved and I have appreciated the customer service I have received regarding this. It has certainly left me with a better feeling and as a future customer.

Chad went above and beyond what I expected from a salesman and business owner. He was incredibly knowledgable, helpful, and patient. You dont feel like you're being ripped off or taken advantage of by the sales staff (unlike some mattress stores I'm town). On top of this, I'm 100% convinced that coil mattresses are a thing of the past - my mattress is incredible and I couldn't be happier!

Was surprised how helpful they were. Went in to grab some cubords for my room and wanted to figure out what would match. The lady grabbed a wood peice so I could compare coulours and was super paitient with my questions. Also they unboxed and measured a bedframe for me to make sure it would fit ( it didn't) and were great. The people working seemed happy, and were joking with each other. The wonderful lady also went out of her way to explain why some stuff was in sale. Was a relaxing experience and I will be back !

Pretty bad service and things are way overpriced. Even the responses to the post are just an automated message that does not read the reviews, just checks how many stars they got.

Great selection of baby & toddler products. Customer service is hit or miss though. Sometimes you get someone who is super helpful and knowledgeable and other times it's near impossible to get help at all.
