Had good help

Travail de très bonne qualité

Très bon service et matériaux de qualité

I purchased Sojag Mykonos II 10 ft. x 14 ft. Aluminum Gazebo in Dark Gray and have had nothing but disappointment since I received the item. When putting the pieces together, the holes did not line up, so my husband had to widen the holes so that the screws could fit together. Then, the pieces were mislabeled so this issue particularly made the picture-only directions even more challenging to understand. And then, after days of assembly, we made it to step 11/19 and TEN pieces were missing. After calling customer service today to get the TEN pieces shipped to me, I was told that it may take up to 10 days to receive the parts. I understand that the parts need to go through customs, but after paying over $2000 for this gazebo and ordering it on June 25th, and it s still not functional by July 16th, I would assume that something more can be done to compensate for these issues. I am extremely upset that I have to cancel my party this weekend because the gazebo will not be ready in time for my guests and I cannot have young children running around a construction site with parts of the gazebo lying around that have to wait to be installed because of the 10 missing pieces. I am extremely displeased.
