We would give negative stars if we could. When we ordered a mirror at the start of April, because the floor display was scuffed and marked, we were told it would take two weeks. After we called several times, and then finally over a MONTH later, calling again to see what was going on: They hadn't ordered it right away, and when they finally did... Oh it will arrive some time at the end of August (it is now the end of May). We went in to get our refund, and were told by the man behind the counter he would help us right after his paperwork was done, but no, he instead told his associate he was leaving and would be back in 10 minutes. We helped ourselves to check their mirrors, to find both we were interested in were scuffed and scratched, and the other lady there didn't offer any help. We even left the place looking better than it was. They don't want you spending your money in their store, don't waste your time here.

Some the best service I've seen in years individual owner operator who always provides kind considerate service BEST part - on time and does those lil repairs I feel fortunate to be a customer

Over the years I have commissioned Peter to do a number of custom wood working projects around my home. Most recently he did up a new bathroom sink counter top with a set in basin, as well as a lovely new back gate. I am blown away by the amount of positive feed back from friends and neighbors. I really like the fact that Peter sources local wood, often reclaimed old growth in his installations. The craftsmanship reflects clearly his values and aesthetic. Unlike many contractors, Peter is friendly and easy to work with. He takes the time to figure out your vision and communicates regularly through the process. Great customer service and wonderful people. We recently bought a sectional couch at the Brick. After reading a horrible review on google I was a bit thrown back. I have to say, that person was clearly having a bad day and taking it out on the wrong people. We had exceptional service here. A man named Russ, and a new manager helped us (sorry I forgot your name) Russ made us feel comfortable. Not trying to push us into buying anything we didn’t want to. Talked to us on a level of professionalism that I’ve never received. The new manager was also great! Because he was new, Russ (who’s been there for many years I’m assuming cause he’s got all the answers) was right by his side helping him to help us, with all our questions. People write bad reviews about stuff this store has no control over. Didn’t get your product deliveried to the store on time? Guess what? it comes from a wearhouse off coast. These guys aren’t out to disappoint you! Thanks for all your help with my purchases. I’ll be back for the coffee table (And the inhaler worked) THANKS RUSS.

Sleeping is highly important in my life and I have learned the importance of a good mattress, pillow and bed linens. After shopping at many stores for a new set of mattresses it was apparent Dreamland Sleep Shop in Gibsons, British Columbia is the top place to purchase these items. We were provided superb assistance from Store Manager Jon and one of the owners, Darrren, provided excellent service and advice during the two-months we shopped for mattresses to find the one that best suited us. Ultimately we purchased a pair of Serta Special Edition XL twin mattresses a Sub-0 pillow and Royal Elegance sheet set from Dreamland Sleep Shop at unbeatable prices!

Prices can be a bit high but they carry a lot of good stuff you don't find at other kitchen places. Staff are very helpful, kind and diligent.

Love this place!

Top quality, hand made, real wood furniture and cabinetry. You get what you pay for. If you want something that will last for generations, this is the place to go!
