We recently had David assist us with expertly and efficiently repairing, replacing, and stabilizing a leg of a couch following a moving accident. We were so pleased with David's attention to detail with this repair, and his and Manuen gracious expenditure of time on the repair, which David did in our cottage. This particular couch holds special meaning and significance for my partner and I, as the couch was made in 1931 and was a gift to my maternal grandparents upon the occasion of their wedding of that year. In 1974, my grandparents gave me the couch, and it eventually travelled with me to Vancouver in 1979, and to lower Gibsons in 2015. The couch has been recovered twice, and will soon be recovered again, and we are thankful for David's craftsmanship with the repair, and the additional physical supports he has provided to further stabilize the couch. Bought so much stuff here including furniture, tools, tiles, a door and a really cool metal patio chair I just bought yesterday. They also have appliances, tons of ceiling lights, cabinets and all sorts of other building materials. Everything is donated and profits go to their low-cost housing projects. They even came and picked up some furniture I donated. Definitely my favourite store in Sechelt.

We couldn't be happier with the furniture that we ordered from Classic Cedar. We ordered a 45" sofa, a 60 " sofa and 2 arm chairs and benches that can double as a coffe table or side table. They are beautifully crafted, finished and stained and very sturdy without being (or looking) too heavy. Ivan is a fine craftsman and the minimal assembly from the shipping boxes, very straightforward.

So many awesome finds and always new stuff coming in. The rooms that are furnished from East 4th are always conversation starters. They also have an awesome selection of shirts that are conversation starters.
