Refinished our dining room table - looks great! Came to the house and gave the price, took the table and returned the finished product quicker than promised.

In brief, Nico Spacecraft and its proprietors produce beautiful products for good value, are communicative, helpful, and friendly to deal with, and do what has been agreed to without issue. Couldn't ask for more. Nicolas and Jess built me a beautiful, extendable walnut dining room table. My experience was primarily with Nicolas. All of our communications were very friendly and he spent substantial time helping me to think through all of the issues in customizing the table. I am a fairly particular person, but when the table arrived I could find no faults. It exceeds my expectations. Subsequent to delivery I have had some questions about maintenance and Nicolas has patiently provided detailed instructions on how to keep the table looking its best. Nico Spacecraft does excellent work and, like many companies who take the time to produce superior product and make their customers happy, they are very busy. As such, I had to wait some time for my table to be completed. I wasn't bothered as Nicolas informed me in advance of his time constraints, set a delivery period, and performed as agreed. The final product was well worth the wait.

In most cases buying new furniture is like buying a new car. Not at Ashley Furniture! We were welcomed as soon as we arrived by Ed. We discussed what we had come in for and he immediately showed us two ideal options. We needed some time to discuss and he was very respectful and did not pressure us. We were so impressed with the selection of furniture we ended up buying for 3 different rooms and they were very fair with the pricing giving us a sizeable discount. Ed also explained the warranties really well and answered my concerns before I asked them. I would highly recommend Ed and Ashley Furniture. We will be back!

Im only giving 1 star because i have to, if i could it would be 0. Worst customer service ive ever had. Im basically done with my paper work and Someone walks in behind me after I was told I could get it delivered today at 6pm to be told that I would have to wait tell Saturday cause they were going to deliver there stuff first. Get told one thing by one person and another by someone else. Mind you I live literally 2 mins from the store and it would not take them long at all to delivery to me. I was also told the truck had to drive past my house to go to another delivery. The manager was no help at all and was very condescending. I will NEVER return to this store. They might wanna think of a management change

Phenomenal customer service. There was a very minor defect in our sectional we bought and the staff went above and beyond to make it right. They were so polite and were happy to help, even scheduled a delivery to replace the piece with no fee, even though we had originally picked up from the warehouse ourselves. This is what true customer service and great business practice looks like. Very nice pieces, reasonable prices, and low pressure sales people. We love our new sectional!

There is no comparison, these beds are better then anything on the market! I am also glad I spent the money to have it professionally installed. I love my Empress Murphy Bed with side units! Thank you Gary and Joe

Beautiful shop with amazing finds

This was my first experience buying any large piece of furniture and I have to say doing it with The Brick was the best choice! When I went in with my friend we were greeted right away by Kam and he was phenomenal from the get go and very knowledgeable about the products and helped me through the whole purchase! I will admit I had a bit of frustration when dealing with one of the customer care associates as well as when there was a hiccup in delivery...however Kam and Brent went above and beyond for me and in the end couldn't have been happier with the end result! Next purchase is a dyson and I will definitely be dealing with The Brick!! Thanks to Kam,Brent and their team :)
