They can change headliners, re upholster that driver seat that is falling apart, remove scratches from hard plastics and spray in bed liners. But I'm biased, I'm the owner. I recently moved to Victoria from Vancouver, upsizing from a small condo to a house. Parc Modern provided a wide selection of the highest quality furniture, including many Canadian-made lines, as well as exceptional service. Jody and David spent a significant amount of time over a number of visits to identify the right furniture for my tastes that would compliment my new home. They asked the right questions and I never felt pressured or rushed. They have obviously been doing this for years. What I had approached as with trepidation turned into an exceptionally positive experience. The furniture was delivered this week and it's beyond expectation. I never would have been able to pull it off without their design advice. Kudos to Ben as well as he kept me updated on the particulars of the order and the delivery, which was conducted with white-glove service. A truly professional operation from end to end.

I'll start by stating the service was very very good, our server was that legit friendly you so rarely get at restaurants these days. The food was yummy, (the gravy on the traditional poutine is fantastic, also Duck Clubhouses sandwich was lovely). We shared the poutine share plate as well as the sandwich and were totally unable to finish they don't leave you hungry. Will go again! Going to give their steak sandwich a try as it's price point is really great.

My wife and I now have had a full two months testing out three Fawcett beds at our home. When we bought them I had to rely on the very patient and friendly sales guy who spent hours with us, helping us to pick and choose through the various options, and answer our many questions. He even made us a sample pillow to try out! We live two hours away in another city. I had no idea that these beds would have saved me as much back pain and money as they have. I work at an active wholesale landscape supply company and lift heavy loads all day. We also have a large overgrown garden that we are renovating. There is no shortage of heavy lifting and pulling to do. I have gone to bed at least three times in the past two months in real pain, usually followed by unscheduled and expensive chiropractic care visit. By the morning on these three occasions my back has been completely relieved, and I was able to continue on with my normal duties. The M9 mattress and medium firm topper are just remarkable. My spouse has a different combination, softer for her needs. The sheets and pillows and mattress covers are all natural fiber and just amazingly comfortable. We bought the great pillows perfectly suited for our individual comfort. My oldest son took one of my pillows because he said he's never had that good a pillow - I had to buy another one! Both frames also have the motorized and vibration option, which helps to relax and unknot the stress and strain of the day. Yes, these beds are expensive. So is my chiropractor, and having to take time off of work. They do everything I expect of them, and everything I was told they would do for me and my wife. We hope you find out for yourself - they just work and we get a great sleep! These guys are the best!
