Very good place! I often drop things off for them to sell, and they seem to appreciate that!

I originally asked this firm to provide an estimate for installing pads on our church pews. I sent in pictures and dimensions. They responded by telling me they could not make and install pews for us because the pews were curved. I understood that and subsequently asked a number of times what the quote might be IF the pews were straight. This would give me some idea as to potential cost for this job. I was asking for a rough or an approx quote - as a favor. They consistently delayed in replying and when they did they effectively said they were not interested in helping in any way. For a service business to respond in such a way was surprising. Based on such a response, I would not recommend them for any work you might require. If this is the way they deal with a simple request for assistance, I can only imagine the way they would deal with a client if you were to have any problems or issues with their work. Be warned!!

Very helpful when buying..but that’s where it ends. Have a very noisy reclining loveseat that is still not resolved for over a year.Numerous phone calls to them and plenty of dropping in to see where things stand with trying to get a rep to the house.Nothing happens Buyer beware June 2020

I bought 2 unfinished white cedar Muskoka chairs, 2 matching foot stools and a side table from Penwood Furniture in Morristown, ON. They are beautifully crafted, sturdy and well-made, we get so many compliments on them! I live in Montreal and found them on a visit to Ontario. We bought the chairs and then ordered the other pieces during the year from them over the phone. Their staff is first rate, very helpful and polite and really know their merchandise. Penwood is a real find for us since we looked at so many places in Quebec and could not find anything that nice and well-made for the price!

There are some good deals on laptops, but everything is overpriced. I wouldn't recommend coming here. But the service is friendly.

I can only say good things about this place. Not only was there good furniture with a good variety to look at, but the service I got was amazing. I'm currently on my way to move to Edmonton where my Girlfriend and I bought our new home. Every other furniture store I've been to, I felt almost harassed by Salesmen who are just focused on making a sale. Paul, at The Brick Outlet here in Hamilton IS the guy you gotta speak with. Not only does he make you feel comfortable, but you see that his intentions are to make sure you're happy with what you get. If the price isn't right, he'll do his best to try to make it better for you. He is a prime example of a good employee that's looking out for the business and customers.

Don't buy your appliances at this store We had a fire and went in to buy a new stove to replace the other one Told the store that it was to be installed only when insurance was done with the restoration Now stove was installed today and the bottom drawer is hard to open and glass top is lose United furniture wants to fix it and not replace it. or for us to deal with LG. LG said United Furniture should replace it and yet they won't Mind you the stove still has the blue cover on it and never been used in other words its brand new. Its Christmas and these people have no care in the world

Would highly recommend. They re-upholstered a mid-century office swivel chair. It was quite complicated with rows of stitching that had to be exact. He did an amazing job!! It was also done in the timeframe he promised. Loads of fabric options to choose from. Thanks Dennis Fashion Upholstery for your amazing craftmanship!!
