Great service! Kristina was very helpful and friendly, and I ended up finding the perfect mattress (sealy posturepedic with euro top). Highly recommend this location.

We asked the pricing of couch cushions a second time and the employee explained the pricing again and goes, "I told you before." This employee needs to learn how to communicate with customers on a professional level. Her tone was rude and pigish. Major turn off from a customer standpoint. Suppose somebody has memorie loss, are you going to tell them I told you before? Ignorant. The first interaction was her coming through the back yelling out the prices as if we asked or even initiateda convo with her....almost as if she thought we were too cheap to pay the price. Do better bombay.

My father went in and bought a couch and loveseat and was told the next week they would be calling for delivery. When I hadn’t heard anything I called in to get an update and now we are being told end of October! You should really train your sales staff not to give a date if you can’t actually follow through with it. I won’t even get started on the extremely rude customer service people that handle the phone calls. I will not be referring anyone and if you should happen to get Cindy don’t trust what she says, she clearly has no problem lieing through her teeth. Tells my father next week, our bill says 4-6 and then over the phone says atleast 6-8 weeks. Cancel your orders before you run into a headache. TERRIBLE SERVICE

Great selection of furniture and home decor and amazing customer service! They go above and beyond to ensure that the customer is satisfied. If they don’t have what you’re looking for on the sales floor they will order in the product that you are looking for. Consider going here to support local, instead of big box corporate stores! I refurnished my living room with furniture from here that Mohammad assisted me with. Looking to do the bedrooms next! Thank you again for everything!

Order for my new table they came and provided quote and great advise. When I order they told me it would be approximately 2 weeks to get the product at my door. It was here in a week love when companies under promise and over deliver. Very happy and great job to everyone at PTB LTD.!

The first time we went we found this incredible hutch. Amazing restoration done here. We plan to use them for custom work as well in the future.

Friendly and knowledgable staff. I bought a king size mattress similar to tempur pedic and i comfort. I paid $2100.00 for everything...delivery, box spring and topper included. A $5000.00 price difference for great quality.

I do not recommend you use this company. Owner did not return my chaise lounge and out of pocket for material paid for. The numerous stories told...unbelievable.

If all printing centers in staples were like this they'd be out of business. Over 45 minutes to scan 2 pieces of paper. Drive an hour away to a different one and you'll still save time.

This has to be the best place to get fries. Friendly lady serving and she even gave me a candy cane. Nice touch! If you're travelling Taunton Rd at Old Scugog you have to stop and treat yourself!!!!!!!

After viewing several solid wood furniture stores online and in person throughout the GTA, I finally settled on Oak Unlimited in Bowmanville. They have a wide variety of products on display and offer 'unlimited' customized furniture. I have been delighted with the advice and suggestions I received prior to my purchase and by their after-sales service and attention to detail. Add to that value-for-money and you'll understand why I strongly recommend you pay them a visit if you're in the market for solid wood furniture. If I may I add one further point: if you want new furniture right now this minute, go to any big-box store that sells flatpack, self-assembly woodchip-veneered product. But if you want traditionally-made solid wood furniture that is delivered all finished looking fantastic right to your home, then plan ahead and allow the necessary time to have a quality product made. You won't be disappointed: you'll be delighted! David
