Staff was awesome, really helpful at finding what I wanted and even going out of their way to find me more affordable options comparable to what I wanted. Not many sales ppl do that! Lol and they threw in my box spring for free. No complaints at all!

The people are.nice... but this is NOT Leons . Almost anyone's credit is accepted but that means that the products are a tad expensive with high interest rates.. if you know this walking in, you won't be disappointed.

We were eyeing a table set for the basement for a while. The only issue holding us back was the price. Eventually we ended up purchasing the tables and are very happy with them. Ultimately, the furniture here is expensive.. But if you're looking for something that will hold up long enough for your grandkids to have it, this is the place for you.

Hi, We purchased a love chair from Taylor and co. recently and were very happy with the chair and price. However after having the chair in our home for a couple of days we started to notice a terrible smell and realized it was a seat cushion. When we turned the cushion over we noticed a yellow stain and the distinct odor of cat spray/urine. When we returned to the store and spoke to the staff they were very rude and refused to believe what had happened. And in the end said "We are not responsible for your pets problems" I was shocked at this and informed him that we did not have pets! to which he replied "if you change your mind about your purchase you cant just pee on it and then return it". My entire family is completely outraged by there behavior, needless to say we will never shop there again.

Staff not very attentive. Wasn't made aware I could even try a sample. Told me to look at the list on the wall. Why not be more enthusiastic and helpful? Won't be back.

I am an Interior Decorating Student in my graduating year at Fanshawe College and during my first four month co-op, I renovated the main level of a residential space. For the living room I specified two papillon style chairs from rumours furniture. As a part of my studies, we learn how to identify quality and long-lasting furniture. These chairs are timeless and will be sturdy enough to be passed on to the next generation and the next without wearing out. I have never seen better quality in upholstered furniture. This is a great investment for anyone who appreciates traditional and classic furniture that is made by hand with passion and incredible attention to detail.

Went here looking for some vintage projectors or film. They didn't have any in store but the owner took down my number and contacted me when he was able to find a box of misc film reels for me!! They have lots of great vintage items however
