Great work and awesome customer service

At the Guelph location, our salesman was Travis. He was very welcoming and gave excellent service. Our first experience with him, he made sure we left very satisfied and we felt no pressure whatsoever. He set up everything for us and let us know the pros and cons for products we were interested in. It was such a great experience I made sure when I had to make another purchase a year later, I went directly to him. Can only say more positive things about him for my 2nd experience and will continue having him as my family's salesman for purchases at the brick in guelph.

Great used office furniture and new office furniture! Great service better than the big box

I bought a sofa bed here a few years ago. They had excellent customer service and really took the time to make sure I was getting something I loved for a great value. The employees were not pushy and sleezy like at all the other stores. They really went out of their way to get my sofa delivered on time. Their delivery was excellent as well! Cannot day enough great things about this store. I will be purchasing from them again.

Found the company off of Letgo. Super friendly and prepared delivery men. The couch we ordered is amazing, I definitely recommend them! Had to take the door off to get the couch in & they did it without a problem! If you’re looking for some good furniture this is the spot.
