Great ballpark and newer playground equipment

I have trained with Prevail for 6 years now. great group of people to train with and it’s a relaxed environment. Group fitness with an emphasis on individual goals. Love this place!

Just used the restroom and it was surprisingly clean.

Excellent inventory, great service and fair pricing. You might can find a less expensive battery elsewhere, but it won't perform the same as the premium batteries at Batteries Plus Bulbs..

Went for supposedly FREE eagle watch and Was told we were to pay $3. Other than that enjoyed the hiking trail.

Hidden gem in Broken Arrow

I started golfing about 5 years ago and have been addicted to it since day 1. I play about 1 or 2 times a week not counting trips to the range. I have been consistently shooting mid to low 80s. I never took lessons other than reading countless articles and studying Tiger on the Tube (youtube). I was very confident that I had a good swing and didn't need lessons. And yes I wanted to be cool like the rest of you guys following the Bubba self taught swing theory. Let me just say this, if you have any serious interest in golf, beginner to advanced, stop wasting your time and get lessons. 5 minutes with Nosler and he identified so many flaws in my swing that I just couldn't believe. I really regret not getting in here earlier. The fundamentals that I trained myself to repeat were just not right, I would have never known that without his help. We started chipping away at those flaws one by one and my game is really coming together nicely. My approach clubs are getting tighter and tighter, just need to start trusting my distances. Anyhow, he is a very knowledgeable, understanding and easy going guy. VERY HIGHLY recommended by me, I been pushing literally everyone that brings up golf to go get lessons from him. Best golf related decision I have ever made.

I am writing this letter to inform you of what is a violation of Oregon administrative law ORS 90.300. Specifically, Golf Creek Apartments, 1807 SW Golf Creek Drive, Portland OR, Washington County, 97225, (503) 292-1411 failed to disclose to me upon my request to see the hourly rates used in its cleaning and repair charges sought upon my move out and that they then applied my deposit amount unfairly to these charges. I believe that the Property Manager who has been retained by the new owner, initials “DG”, and the ownership groups, Gerson Bakar and FPI Management, between them did so to hide unreasonable hourly rates in violation of ORS 90.300 Paragraph 7b requiring Golf Creek and Gerson Bakar and FPI Management to charge a reasonable hourly rate for repairs and cleaning: “A landlord is not required to repair damage caused by the tenant in order for the landlord to claim against the deposit for the cost to make the repair. Any labor costs the landlord assesses under this subsection for
