They have most of the new Dewalt and Milwaukee hardware models. But the most important thing is that they have very friendly people helping you with your shopping at the store

I love Franks Home Hardware ! The staff are a very helpful and knowledgeable team . We bought all the wood to built a Deck and a Storage shed from Franks the product was great quality (not like the picked over wood you get from the big box stores ) Next year we are building a work shop and will be going to Franks for all our materials. Service was fantastic. Only shop out of 6 that I emailed for tires to actually respond, so I bought there without further searching. The mechanic was quite knowledgeable and very friendly. The front staff super friendly, helpful and seemed to know what she was saying. Had alignments done on both of my vehicles. All I can say is that both vehicles never drove better, even from the factory. Tires, wheels, alignment.. This is your place.

Staff and services are great. The guys and gals at Dunnville"s Home Hardware are helpful and friendly. What they don't have, they'll get. Good to know this in a small town!

Every time I visit they have exactly what I need (though not a large store), are super helpful and friendly! It's always the first hardware store I visit when looking for something I need in Port Colborne.

Pricey but great selection of high end products. Staff was great and the store was very clean.

Good place to order materials.

Poor customer service, unfriendly, seems to have no interest in helping customers. Customers actually seem to be more of an annoyance than anything. Was sworn at for asking a question. Will never go back.
