Originally told he'd be coming between 12-4pm. He arrived after 5pm & diagnosed the problem in 15-20min. He left off pieces of the washing machine and said he would need them off to put new part on. But since he didn't know when it would arrive, we didn't know when he'd be returning.
When he called with a quote, he said it would be $177. After he replaced the part, he said it was $177 for the part & $200 FOR LABOUR (less than 1hr). When I asked him about the labour charge being so high, he said I was being charged for him drivingto pick up the part!
