Hearing Aid

Having been a satisfied customer of Beltone in Decatur for 10 years, I can say I enjoy doing busy there. The product has always meet my need well. Angie has always been very helpful in setting up my new hearing aids as well as maintaining them. Due to her vast knowledge in the product she has been able to tune my aids to meet my lifestyle at work and home. Pamela also does a great job whether it is getting my appointments so that I don't have to miss work to helping with cleaning and maintain the aids. They are always there to remind me to have the aids cleaned and checked at regular intervals even though there is no charge to me for that. They truly work to insure the customer is satisfied completely. While I can attest that Beltone makes a great product, it is their employees that really create a big gap between them and their competition. I can tell you, if you have a issue with your hearing, don't wait, call Angie and Pam today and get started down the road to a greater life. You will be glad you did. I sure am.

The doctor was very thorough with my 4 year old daughter. He explained everything to her where she understood it and the talked to me about procedures and the readings.

Dr. Lee and Conni are thoroughly professional in all that they do. Dr. Lee listens carefully to me and thoroughly explains everything in a clear, easy-to-understand manner.
