I am very happy with the service and quality of the hearing aids I purchased at Hearing Aids and Audiology Services. Dr. Lancaster is very thorough and has been very helpful showing me how to wear and care for the hearing aids. I highly recommend Dr. Lancaster!

After speaking with the receptionist to make an appointment I was not pleased with the tone or the lack of care that was displayed.

I have known Andy since 2010 when he fitted me with my hearing aids. His service is always of the highest quality.

I support others in getting their medical needs, so speaking as a caregiver. The prices are more than fair for quality products and caring service. On busy days, it is worth the wait. Dr. Adams does well even with the stubbornnest patients in denial about their hearing loss, as well as helping those who are hearing sounds they haven't heard in 10 or more years (ex: refrigerator hum, the noise of car A/C fan blowing) to understand it will take time to adjust.
