Hearing Aid

I feel so blessed to have found such such great, affordable hearing aids. Plus a great person, Pat Allison, to fit and help me adjust to wearing hearing aids. The hearing sids were easy to get used to wearing. Plus the new technology! I can adjust the sound level, etc. with my phone. That is a great help in a crowd.. Another plus: I purchased, from Belltone, a battery charger and re-charagsble batteries for my hearing aids. In the long run it has saved me time and money.

I would definitely recommend Scott and his Beltone staff for anyone looking for hearing aids in Rome, Blairsville, Cartersville or Jasper Georgia.

I read the posting titled “Fitting” and was shocked with the review. This individual must not have been to the Douglasville office but picked Mr. Soucy’s name out of the office information. I have been dealing with Mr. Soucy for going on six years and I am on my second set of hearing aids. I have always found Mr. Soucy and his staff to be one of the most if not the most accommodating individuals I have ever met. From day one they were professional and explained everything in detail and even when I went to sign the purchase agreement the refund and return policy was completely explained and the purchaser was asked to initial that part of the agreement the explains about a fitting fee equal to fifteen percent (15%) of the purchase price. The poster was fitted or else they would not have been able to wear them. Do not know what the individual thought a fitting was and I feel they did not give Mr. Soucy a chance to make any adjustments so the hearing aids would help the individual.

Got a very thorough hearing test, better than the one I got at dr office. Explained more than I knew about my own hearing. Good job done!

I have used many hearing aid stores but this one went above and beyond to get me a hearing aid. I had a heart attack and was having financial difficulties but they worked with me and I got my hearing aid. These folks are great and I would recommend them to anyone!

I've learned a lot about hearing aids since I decided to purchase one. I found out that there are many fantastic technologies available, but you don't want to just buy one like a piece of merchandise. It takes a knowledgeable audiologist to understand each person's needs and then (1) determine which technology is best for each person... we are all different and (2) to understand how to set up and adjust the hearing aid to optimize the technology to each person's needs. I was blessed to find Dr. Jan Liles at Alabama Hearing Associates. She is extremely competent, understands all of the technologies available, stays current on new innovations and has the patients and expertise to customize these devices to individual needs. Her ability to fine tune the hearing aids is remarkable! I have friends with the same hearing aids, but different doctors and they cannot come close to hearing as clearly or as well as I do now after Dr. Liles carefully tuned my hearing aids. I highly recommend Dr. Liles and know that you will feel the same. To summarizes... I do not think you will ever find anyone better. She is smart, has a great personality, she is caring and takes as much time as needed to custom fit these hearing devices to our special needs.

This visit was probably the best one . They reset everything on my hearing aids and gave me a lot of information. They took care of me very well. I believe my hearing aids are set up better than the first time I put them on. GREAT JOB !!!!!! The ladies get a thumbs up on my visit.👍
