The audiologist was excellent. At least 5 different test were run. Fitted me with recommended brand then let me walk around store. I purchased. My only complaint is there are so busy I have to wait a few extra days to take receipt of new devices.

The doctor is supposed to be at this location 3 Days each week but it still seems he is never there. I have been having problems with my hearing aids that I purchased there, and cannot get any help. He has even not been there when I have had a scheduled appointment, and no one bothered to call me to let me know he wouldn’t be there. Receptionist has been nice, but is not able to help with the hearing aids.
