Hearing Aid

This place is amazing they have four locations and all of their doctors are so personable and they really care about their patients care, above and beyond just selling hearing aids

As I am researching a new place to get my hearing I saw the rate and review for this office. When I first got my current hearing aid I took it home and the next morning when I put it in it did not work. The office sent it in for repairs and I never saw it again. They sent me the wrong hearing aid so many times that I just took the different model, because I was tired of the time it was taking to resolve. I kept having issues and when I would send it for repairs and it would come back without the coating needed to hold it in my ear. Audiologist copied me on an email she sent to two of the higher ups, asking them to contact me because of all my trouble. Never heard from either one. Sent my hearing back again for repairs recently (I cannot count the times I have had to do this). When I got it back I asked if someone would make it stop beeping all time (it has Bluetooth and recently starting beeping A LOT more than it use too). It also needed turned it up so I could hear media, such as google telling me how to get around while driving to a new location. Was told they were going to do research and get back to me. This was the first week of September. I have not heard back as of this time, which is more than a month later.

I've had two appointments at this place. Both times the appointment went well. The results of the hearing test I had done there were later confirmed by a test done at an ENT's office.

I went here with my mom of 77 years. He was extremely knowledgable of the hearing aides and was wonderful and patient with my mom. He set up her hearing aide software and she never has any issues or feedback noises that some people complain about. We highly Steve to anyone, great experience!!!!

At the Oak Lawn facility Hearing Specialists Debbie and Alana give excellent care, kindness and great knowledge to hearing needs. Donna, the receptionist is both courteous and helpful to the patients at this facility. Having worn Aids for 25+ years and some from a different Business I feel I can compare the service given by Miracle Ear and they stand out as best in all ways. I am grateful for all they offer in making my hearing impairment better.

The Customer service is "Imbattable!"

I have had resound hearing aids before going to beltone and I am glad I switched! The prices are comparable but the quality is amazing in the Beltone hearing aids! Not to mention the service at this location. I am not new to hearing aids but after going to this location for service and purchasing, I am never changing.

Always amazed when I go to website that assists those with hearing loss and do not see an email address where one can write to get information. They have a phone number though. lol
