Great staff!!!

Horrible, save your hard earned money and go elsewhere. This company has taken thousands of dollars from my elderly mother, I have tried for 2 weeks now to get in touch with someone to talk to them about getting her $6400.00 HEARING AIDS SHE PAID FOR ...adjusted. When you call the number is says " leave a message, but then it tells you their voice mail box if full" Buyer beware !!!!

They do a very good job at this office. We really love Ashley as she is very friendly and treats everyone fairly.

My appointment went smoothly and staff was awesome.. Overall great experience

L’equipe D’ODYO m’a bien accueillie ce qui m’a fait me sentir en confiance. Je suggère cette clinique à tous ceux qui pensent souffrir d’acouphène. Le plan de traitement que l’on reçoit à la fin de l’évaluation est très exhaustif et offre de vraies pistes de solutions.

Its a hearing place.. So yeah. First time here, but no one has helped me yet. Been sitting here for 30 mins. Long wait times and theres lots of females working and no one else in chairs! If this goes better I'll repost again!

From start to last the service and value at Algoma Hearing Center are top notch. While waiting for my appointment in a plush leather chair with bay window view I was informed by the receptionist Travis the room offered T-Loop. Sounds transmitted directly to a qualified hearing aid, that are more clear than normal transmissions and whose loudness is controlled independantly of surrounding environment. Travis explained that very well. He also provided refreshments in the form of a bottle of cool water. Considering the day was hot it was certainly anticipatory and welcoming ( I mention this only because not every waiting area is so client oriented and its nice to see it.) The wait time was not long, a matter of minutes. If you've ever watched a tv commercial exemplifying the best in hearing professionalism, the staff here model that level with significant ease. In two visits while testing and arranging for hearing aids, I met two different audiologists. Both were consistent in best of practice customer service. They fully explained the what and why of my hearing loss, along with its measure and outlined a plan to correct it. This filled me with confidence I was dealing with the right people. At our next meeting the selected hearing aids were implemented and I received a brief informative lesson on what the devices could do, how to access and activate /deactivate the features. Among those features by the way, Tloop aside, included the ability to no longer require headphones or mic for any item that could be sourced by bluetooth ( computer, tv, etc), phone calls could now be taken or released as easily as Captain Kirk could tap his communicator badge. There were other features as well but the list is diverse and too long to mention here and my audiologist even helped me set them up ensuring they functioned properly! Altogether, Algoma Hearing Center has became my first choice in hearing experiences. Where I expected awkward and angly, I recieved efficient, knowledgeable and client friendly. My hearing by the way is significantly improved. For the first in a long while I can hear my footsteps. Lastly one might think out the door and onwards, but with Algoma Hearing Centre their professionalism doesn't end when one walks out the door. Turns out they provide follow up care proactively to detect and fine tune any discreprencies with the devices performance. All in all I feel its only fair to say from start to last the service and value at Algoma Hearing Center are top notch. Thanks Patty, Amanda and Travis for giving your clients the look and feel of Gold Standard Treatment.

I actually ENJOYED my hearing evaluation with Jane. She was very friendly and relaxed, and the exam itself was kind of fun! Turns out I don't hear like I did when I was 18, but I'm still good to go for now. The tests are interesting in what they show about various ways in which hearing can be impaired, and you end up knowing where your problems lie. There was no "hard sell"....just the truth that I should get reevaluated in a year or so. Thanks, Jane!
