When my brother, Jerry Grubbs, comes in for a visit from Tupelo, MS. he always has Jared Babb clean and adjust his hearing aids. Jared is very professional, friendly and definitely an asset to your company.

I purchased my C07 hearing aids over 1 year ago. So far the one for my right ear quit working completely and had to be replaced followed by the microphone having problems a few months later causing it to be replaced once again. My biggest issue with this company / location is their lack of ability to keep an appointment. Over this less than 2 year time frame that I have been going here there has been 4 separate occasions where I show up and they have no record of the appointment. Even having me sit there for 2 hours to then say we can't find your appointment. It doesn't matter that you have the appointment card that they filled out and handed you. I just don't see how they can stay in business and as I told them I will never be back. My time is just as important as theirs is.

Mr. Conner made the experience very easy. I was a little worried about the hearing aids but now I am so happy that I can't convey the difference they have made. I would recommend anyone who has any thoughts about hearing loss visit HCGA He will take of you.
