This office goes out of their way to help me. Hearing aides are not something folks want to wear, but they make it an easy transition. Always professional and caring.

I was referred by tricare and was pleasantly surprised- it was one the best offices Tricare has referred me to. Very nice office staff. The Dr. was very kind and sociable. He did not rush the appointment and asked a lot of background questions which I thought was nice. I would recommend this office.

This establishment is amazing. The young lady behind the desk was very warm and welcoming! A great smile and attention to service can go a long way for a first time client. John was so professional and knowledgeable of all avenues that dealt with my specific needs. He really asked questions to better understand my concerns and guide me to the best solution. They are very friendly and pretended to be sweet and caring..But we found out the hard way that it's just another doctor working for the VA. My husband is a disable veteran that has hearing and ear problems but of course all the VA paid doctors are going to lie for the VA so they won't have to approve his claim but Our Lord has the last say so!! So we just gone pray for them and everyone working for the low down government.

Ultratone is the highest quality service and hearing aid provider in Douglasville and the entire Atlanta area. Frank provides excellent care for his patients and fits you to your specific hearing needs. I recently bought my second pair because of a change in my hearing. He provided me with the latest technology in hearing aids which will extend the life of usage for me. Friendly and always providing help when needed, Frank cares about his patients.

After several years of not wanting to admit my hearing loss, I made an appointment with Belltone in Douglasville. Belltone had always been a familiar name that I thought I could trust. I have not been disappointed! I was tested in a very professional manner, without feeling embarrassed by my hearing loss. I am very pleased with my hearing aids and also, the service that Belltone offers.
