Hearing Aid

I love my Zounds hearing aids and that service is free. The staff here is knowledgeable and helpful. They explained how a challenge I had can be avoided in the future. I was really happy with their patience and with their practicing with me until I really understood what to do. Thanks to a great staff.

Really knowledgeable staff that cares about their customers. I had a challenge with my hearing aids. They showed me what I could do to avoid the problem in the future. These Zounds hearing aids are still the best hearing aids I have ever had.

Very nice a good job on hearing aid!!!

This is a very friendly and honest hearing aid provider. I expected a sales pitch and to be told I needed hearing aids. After a thorough test I was told I didn't need hearing aids and was given instructions to help when conditions make it harder to hear someone talking.

Holy moly their prices were so high I could buy a car. Woah!

Was out at Lake Havasu and needed some help with my hearing aids. The knowledgeable staff took me right in. I love how the service is free and they just took care of it. Kudos to the to the excellent staff!

Great people

I have been losing my hearing for quite a few years. My loss would probably would be classified close to profound. About seven years ago I went Purtone for help. Celina tested my hearing and fitted me with new Resound aids which really helped. My hearing loss continued to get worse which require many adjustments over the next six years. Celina has been extremely patient and understanding. Thank you.

I highly recommend Melissa at Miracle Ear for her amazing service and understanding. My husband was not sure he was ready for hearing aids even tho everyone else new. She walked him thru the process with the patience of a saint, and when he got home and heard sounds he hasn't heard is so many years it was amazing. With the help of Melissa and her staff they give people there lives back. We cant express enough how caring and helpful she is, and just a phone call away when we need something. Her care for her patients is beyond what you see anywhere.

I change the radio every time the NFL spot hits the airwaves. I respect flag, country and our democracy, but talking tough about misguided athletes could be interpreted as racism. Look forward to the next series of commercials

No actual Doctor was ever seen.. Just a hearing aid salesman

Todd got my mom's hearing aids working again after her audiologist died. I am so happy to find such nice people to service her hearing aids. Thanks Todd & Cindy!
