Hearing Aid

AWESOME service. I was a walk-in from out of town with a VA hearing aid requiring service. Only lady in the office was with a patient. Another customer ahead of me was also a walk-in. With a VERY pleasant demeanor she answered the other person's question and promptly fixed my problem. I was out of there within ten minutes. She thanked me for my Service and sent me on my way with a complimentary package of batteries. 🤗👍👍 Thank you Connect Hearing. You know what customer service is all about.

As a long time Zounds customer I am so happy they opened this store near me. I love the products that provide more clarity than amy others I have tried.

I called paradise hearing in Prescott Valley in order to acquire a fax number. The man quickly rambled off numbers that I could not write down quickly enough so I asked him to repeat it, he did just as quickly and just as mumbled. I asked him to please slow down that I was not understanding him and he literally yelled at me saying " ILL SAY IT ONLY ONE MORE TIME THEN IM DONE!!!!!" it was very unprofessional and rude. The irony is that it is a hearing place AND THEY SHOULD BE MORE ACCOMMODATING TO HAVING TO REPEAT THEMSELVES IF SOMEONE CAN'T HEAR! I chose to go else where.

So far the hearing aids are working great, a vast improvement over my old devices. The customer service is outstanding and very helpful.

Brandon and Lonna went above and beyond to make my first experience with hearing aids a simple and excellent experience. They are always available for any problems or questions I have. I recently lost one of my hearing aids, just days before our 3 grandkids were coming to visit Grandma and Grandpa. Shaine and Terry have taken wonderful care of my hearing needs for many years now, but in this instance their true commitment shone as they did everything possible to replace it as quickly as possible and make the visit more comfortable for me and for my family.

First class professional service in every appointment I have had over a couple years.

Was a bit confusing making the appointment as only two receptionists serve 5 office locations, but once that hurdle was cleared, everything went well. Brie (the audiologist) worked patiently with my 95 YO mother to clean and adjust her hearing aids. Clean, neat office areas, friendly staff, and a Keurig for a fresh cup of coffee. A bit tucked into an office complex but very convenient for me as it's just across the street from where I do most of my grocery shopping.

After my initial consultation, I had my hearing retested to determine if my hearing aid was still giving me the best possible performance. Dr. Olson showed me the data and explained where I had had some degradation. He spent the balance of my visit sharing his knowledge on hearing loss, what I could expect in the future, and why investing in new aids would not benefit me now. He's a very knowledgeable and honest doctor!
