Hearing Aid

received very good service and education about my hearing aids. got replacements for ones I had gotten from another source 10 years ago. my insurance coverage was accepted and I am hearing much better. Highly recommend this practice.

Friendly but expensive

Appointments are a joke & taping a note saying "you'll be back" and adding a delay time on the note is VERY unprofessional. Calling over 20 mins past the scheduled appointment time to say you're running late is also inexcusable. Piss poor way to run a business... the corporate office has been contacted too cause it's their name & reputation that's being harmed. Wish there was a way to give ZERO stars.

Very friendly and attentive especially to elderly patients. And they have tea and coffee and great snacks while you're waiting!

Super service

Let me start by saying I wish I had done this sooner. I had known my hearing was not great but these hearing aids are amazing. I didn't want to do it because I was concerned how it would look. I just got them and if I don't tell someone I have them nobody knows. My wife even remarked that the TV was not loud enough yesterday which has never happened. I actually heard birds chirping this morning. I also heard my car's blinkers for the 1st time. I didn't even know they made a sound. Pat was great too. I didn't feel like I was being pushed or sold on getting these either. I highly recommend having your hearing tested if you think there is something wrong. I am looking forward to going to a movie now. That's something I actually have avoided doing since I couldn't enjoy going.
