Hearing Aid

I have been wearing hearing aids for 20 years and have been to several vendors. This is the only one that's really helped me. I went here for another hearing test and maybe another set of hearings that will just frustrate me. Well they did the testing and then...they reprogrammed my current set. Oh my! It's been nearly twenty years since I could hear like this? No overwhelming background noise, no feedback, clear conversation. I felt like I'd reached the promised land. That was four days ago, they've opened the world to me. Thank you, thank you, thank you. A customer forever.

From setting an appointment to making sure your equipment works perfectly, they provide an exceptionally friendly and professional experience. Stuart doesn't just hook your hearing aids up to the computer, set them, and send you on your way. Instead, he takes the time to discuss with you, in depth, how your equipment is working in relation to the demands of your everyday life. Truly an amazing group of caring professionals that I would recommend to anyone.

I give this office in Laguna Hills, CA my highest recommendation. I especially appreciate the help from Sylvia Bittner in the front office . She is very helpful with explaining, cleaning, and if necessary working with the factory to clear up any problems with the hearing aids. .

Been a patient of Jim Lane for 15 years. Bought a set of digital CICs 13 years ago that I was very happy with over the years. Just upgraded in the past year to a new set of programmable CICs that are a major improvement over the previous pair. Love working with Jim because he listens to my feedback about my hearing aid programming to adjust the settings to deal with my more unique and rarer case of reverse slope hearing loss.

I have just gotten another great report. Isaac is wonderful and he has always taken great care of me. I recommend them to everybody and I love my hearing aids you can't see them and they're the best you can buy.
