Absolutely amazing quality customer service, products and professionalism ! My husband and I have dealt with a number of hearing aid providers for our parents and for ourselves, but Beltone Pasadena owner and staff are the BEST! Quality assessments, loving care for older patients, great products, amazing follow-up and problem solving skills. This staff goes the extra mile every time and without complaint. Really impressed with the quality of the hearing aids and the newer technology like the MyPal device! But even more impressed with the customer service which does not end with the purchase but continues until one has everything one needs! Highly recommend this business and staff.

Don't go here. They don't ask you key questions. For instance, they upsold us to $6000 hearing aids that didn't work for my mother's hearing loss. Please make sure you qualify what your hearing loss is - that is

The ladies at Connect Hearing Glendale are so nice to my grandma, they treat us like family. I'm amazed at the new hearing aids they have... my grandma is able to hear her phone calls directly on the hearing aids. She is able to hear her tv shows much better. Susie took her time in explaining everything to us. I recommend this clinic.

This is my first time use of the hearing aid, and the staff in this place are super super nice ! Thanks to you , Nick and Briee ( sorry if I spell it wrong) ! They take very good care of me, and Nick is very knowledgeable with the devices that I bought and he takes me gradually to it and paired it for me with my iPhone and taught me patiently of all the perks that are there! Absolutely wonderful! I totally recommend this place, especially for the first time user. Thank you again! Nick and Briee! THUMBS HIGH UP!

Sold defective hearing aids and returned several times where they attempted to "fix" them, with no positive results. The batteries went dead within 24 hrs, aids would howl whenever a my hand moved around the ear. Yesterday, after 6 months of payments, I brought them in with both hearing aids not operating but the batteries were fully charged. They finally admitted to me that the microphones were defective. Original audiologist apparently was a substitute while permanent audiologist is quite capable and seems to know what she is doing 12-20-2017 Company has agreed to take back defective units and have given me an upgraded set and two weeks to try them out. So far so good. If I agree that they will work for me and keep them, they will make a straight swap and credit all my payments so far towards the purchase the new equipment. Feel good about the company's responce to my problem.
