I purchased a new hearing aid and was very happy with the service I received. The audiologist, Lais Ana, was competent, friendly and very helpful with showing me how to use the features of the hearing aid. I came back several times for adjustments and questions. The hearing aid came with a free trail. If I didn't like it enough I didn't have to buy it. I did buy it because it was an improvement over my older one. I plan on returning for my hearing aid needs.

Staff here is courtious, friendly and very professional in every respect. Jeff is absolutely a throw back to the good old days where the service and advice he provided was knowledgeable, reliable and a first class approach of putting the clients needs first. They handled my problems with my hearing aids at no cost....even though warranty had expired due to a processing error by the previous owner. It is an absolute pleasuredoing business with these guys ...especially after dealing with the previous owners before Bloom took over. Can absolutely recommend them to anyone needing assistance with their hearing needs.

Yolanda Kananen has been so kind and helpful to my father in law, there are no words to explain my gratitude. She has done much without charging him any fees and I have a hard time believing she would take advantage of anybody. To "The Kid" who gave this business a bad review... it sounds like you have a lot to learn. It is inappropriate to give a business bad marks based upon the info you provided. The hearing aid was used for a full year and went beyond the warranty time frame. Surely you don't expect Yolando to create false paperwork to fudge the sales date and lie to the manufacturer, do you?

I’m visiting from Northern Oregon and my hearing aids were inoperable due to wax build up. The kind specialist cleaned them and handed them back, no charge Merry Christmas! I told him they were covered by insurance and he responded with another Merry Christmas and two pack of batteries! Is that great or what? Love people who get into the spirit! I will be paying it ahead! Merry Christmas!!

I am a professional musician, so my hearing is very important to me. This place was great. They have high tech equipment that was able to test which frequencies my ear plugs were canceling and not canceling out. They also tested background noise, my ears' ability to hear different types of speech and taught me about how a combination of antioxidants can help prevent hearing loss. I saw Joseph when I was there and he was very friendly and knowledgeable. Would highly recommend this place.
