Best Service honest prices quality hearing aids

Really like them, but I live in Petaluma and have to drive to Corte Madera, which is in Main County. They need to reopen one up here.

Excellent, friendly, efficient service from all involved in the running of the center. Very personal interaction with audiologist who is very thorough , explains everything clearly and gives her client all the time they need. Great place....

I went to Audiology Services of Marin four years ago because I suspected there was something wrong with my hearing. Not only did I receive horrendous treatment from the lady who was giving the hearing test (she made me cry, I was 11), but she told me that my hearing was fine. A few months ago I had my hearing checked again at a different location and was immediately diagnosed with sensurial hearing loss. I showed the test results from FOUR YEARS AGO at Audiology Services of Marin to several audiologists and long story short there was clearly something wrong with my hearing based off of that hearing test. Let me state again that the audiologist from Audiology Services of Marin told me I was fine. I wear hearing aids now. Please do not go to Hearing Services of Marin. They don't know what they're doing and they don't respect their patients. And yes, the audiologist who told me I was fine still works there!

They were knowledgeable and precise in determining my needs and offered suggestions. I was in denial that I needed hearing aids. It was a much easier process than I ever imagined and grateful for the ability to hear so much better.

Their staff are very kind and thoughtful! They faxed my hearing checkup report to my family doctor right after the checkup because I had appointment with the doctor at the same afternoon. They save me an extra trip to see the doctor.

This office is a family business, first appt I went , audiologist was not present, instead the mother of audiologist was there, she told me she did lots of hearing aids with many patient, no need audiologist, He went to play golf. I had both Siemens hearing aids with this office, only lasted 2 n 1/2 years , since the warranties were out, I like to fix them if possible, senior lived on SS, can't afford for new aids. But was told by audiologist I have to pay in advance for repair fee, $200 each. Weither aids could be repairable or not. I called Siemens, the answer was fair, no fee if aids were not fixable, n would returned back to my audiologist. I paid for service n hearing aids. But no service at all. So I went to other audiologist, best one, she didn't charged me any fee at all, aids were not broken , just dirty, need to be cleaned. Aids were back to normal after she cleaned up for me for free. This office is very clean, she cleaned aids with alcohole pads n put clean tissue on table avoid dirt. I was happy I had extra $400 to spend. I've been deaf for about almost 20 years, I went to many audiologists, I went this place because it's closer, cheaper, good advertise from newspaper. totally regret, office hours never opened according to window display 10-4 pm. Office is not clean, all patients have to put on a table without any clean tissue n napkins. Never go back again no matter how cheaper .
