Very good services. Moved to 1101 S. Vermont Ave.

About a year ago I came in with my mom which is a faithful current customer of this location for an exam and was happy with the services provided to her. About 2 weeks ago I now brought my father in law in for an ear test due to his Drs orders and I was extremely impressed with the level of customer service given to us. The young lady at the front counter greeted us before we even walked to the counter and made us feel welcomed. She also offered us help with the new customer forms if needed. She was very sweet and attentive both while we waited to be taken back and when we left the place. (meanwhile I can hear the phone ringing and her confirming future appointments ) wow she can multi-task while keeping a smile Our overall visit was about 1 hour in a half and Bryan went over everything with such detail and most importantly answered every question my father in law had (which can be a whole lot!!!) Bryan's patience and professionalism made the world's difference during the visit. I will continue to recommend this place to everyone in my reach as for my father in law he did not need the ear instruments but I will continue bringing my mother for any maintenance needed.

Very good experience! The kicker was when after the testing, the young man placed the apparatus on my ears and told me to walk around the store. What an improvement! was ready to buy them on the spot! He saw on my wallet, "Vietnam Vet" he said I would love to sell them to you, but I suggest you contact the V A and see if they can help you. Long story short, today i finally got an appointment at the V A in Long Beach, they consolidated all my hearing tests, took molds of my ears...i pick them up the 8th of January. Congratulations, on the awesome service!

I have been a client of Union Audiology for 30 years, first with Maria and now Fernando. Other companies invited me to check them out and they tried pressure sales and I heard of scary stories with others. I have never had that experience at Union. I am committed to them to take care of me.

Without any hesitation I would endorse Dr. Blank, now located in the Little Tokyo area, if you are looking for qualified and sincere audiologist. Or even an honest opinion on your particular hearing situation. Most hearing specialists are looking to cut corners has been my experience as most patients are not familiar with this field of audiology and fall prey to the unscrupulous (sp). The testing and the basic service was fine. Later when I asked for a copy of my record I was told a story that they don't give it out. This would be in direct violation HIPAA (a Federal law.). At my insistence quoting HIPAA, I was offered to get it for $75.00. True, the FREE test is a valuable service. The reason that I asked for the information is that in my search I determined that AccuQuest is rather expensive by factors. I have no issue with paying for a service, I do not like however, to be told false stories. Do your own search.

Julie Lopez knows her stuff and has always been very pleasant in answering all my questions. The Miracle-Ear store in West Covina has given me excellent care.
