Hearing Aid

Just took my father in for a hearing test; as his hearing aids weren't as helpful as he had hoped when he got them at another place. Everyone here was so helpful and kind. We were treated with respect and didn't have a wait to see the Dr. We will definitely be back and consider this THE place to go from now on.

I recently received new hearing aids as a gift. I needed to get them programmed for my hearing loss, I called several local hearing aid establishments but Julie Raney was the only one to return my call then set up an appointment quickly. She was very professional and knowledgeable, and was able to adjust them to my hearing loss. I would highly recommend her to anyone with hearing disabilities.

At few weeks ago, I received an email from Adco about a sale they were having on a digital wireless TV headphone system. My mother has been struggling with her TV sound so I thought this would be a great Christmas present and we bought one. She’s been struggling so much that we went ahead and gave it to her weeks before Christmas. The sale on the wireless headphone system was nice timing. The online ordering was easily, shipping was fast, blah…blah…blah. What impressed me was how accurate the descriptions were for the product, how it worked and all that. I don’t know a lot about hearing devises for seniors so the information on the site was great. I also got their catalog for other hearing devices for senior citizens so our next few Christmases are taken care of.

Had a great experience with Dr. Condict. I went in to get help for my grandmother and the customer service was great. They really care about their patients and provide ear products that are sure to work.

My Mom was not treated with respect by this location. The sales lady did not have my Mom's best interest when she sold her a hearing aid she did not need and now my mom was to receive her refund in 30 days. Here it is 30 days and where is her refund. Do NOT use this location. Very unethical business practice goes on here!!!!

Diane is my favorite audiologist. She has been great in helping me get used to my hearing aids and is always willing to answer questions or give me time in the office.

As a retired physician, my husband is very concerned with the professional level of any practice. We are most impressed with Dr. Stakiw and her staff. Dr. Stakiw is an excellent listener and explains the technology of hearing aides very well. We highly recommend Rocky Mountain Audiology and we are fortunate to have them in our area.
