Hearing Aid

John was so helpful and so nice! A family member from out of state had a hearing aid problem, and John helped us find the correct battery replacement even though we weren't clients of his. He gave us several different options to try, free of charge. He was so accommodating. I cannot recommend more highly.

John Wilson an Somer Padilla are above and beyond 5 stars. Their office is always clean, comfortable, friendly and professional. You never wait long. Somer always greets you with a smile, calls you by name and offers you a drink then tells John you are there. She is very professional and knows her job well. John is tops in his profession. We have gone to John for a least 10 years.

I have used hearing aids for over 40 years because of a hearing loss in the Air Force. In that time I have bought hearing aids from four different companies. I have never been treated better or met more knowledgeable people then at Mountain Peak Hearing. The hearing aids have been fantastic, but it is the people that make the difference. Having hearing lose is a problem that can really handicap your life.I had tried to find my way through hearing aids, used several different styles and was getting frustrated with the products I had tried. I dropped by the Arvada Hearing center looking for answers, and to my delight I found the help, compassion, and guidance I needed. Meeting the office manager Linda was the beginning of a wonderful experience she scheduled a time for a professional hearing evaluation. When I arrived for my appointment I met Jayme Rinn, wow what a professional, caring lady. after testing she explained in detail to me my hearing loses and then prescribed Hearing aids that would give me the most realistic sound to improve me hearing. Married men know they must have their wife's present as they begin to sample the hearing device. Jayme has listened to my every question and found ways to meet my every need. I can now hear my wife's soft voice even in noisy environments. Jayme was attentive to my needs and showed a true concern for my success. I would recommend Jayme and the Arvada Hearing center to all who need a hearing specialist who will give you the best product and service available. The hearing device Jayme fitted me with was By Resound, the sound is so close to natural I couldn't tell I had the aids in yet my hearing was so improved. Robin has different brands of hearing aids to try out before you buy, which is great when trying to figure out what is best for your hearing loss. She is very knowledgable and proficient in making any fine tuning adjustments if needed and easy to work with. She cares for her clients and answers all questions. Thank you Robin!

A wonderful experience! My husband and I had hearing tests done by Dr. Mandi Solat. She was knowledgeable and thorough with both our exams. She answered all of our questions and concerns.
