I have been using hearing aids from Beth since 2007 and I am wearing the second set of hearing aids from Beth. These hearing aids have helped me tremendously. I am very happy with Beth's expertise and her excellent service. I would recommend her to anyone.

Both locations in Ashland and Medford are fantastic and so helpful! Dr. Tangle fitted me for custom ear protection for a MotoGP race I was headed to in Texas. They were so friendly and quickly got me the earpieces way ahead of the race and were EXACTLY what I needed. I have a hard time keeping cheap earplugs in my ears, as they often fall out. These custom ones did the trick! Now I wear them under my helmet when I ride. Well worth the investment.

Nathan does an OUTSTANDING job of educating folks on how they can live more complete lives and not miss out on things they don't even realize they are missing out on until they are able to hear things they've not experienced in a while. He's helped both my other mother and nephew in law. Madea couldn't stop bragging on Nathan in how she feels like shes part of conversations again...we always thought she was just quiet lol. Thank you for the work you do for so many in our community!

Great people, great experts, great repair service but terrible hearing aids. My first year they were in the "shop" about 9 times. Then they finally changed hearing aid model. They worked fine for about 1 1/2 years. Now they have started to act up and need replacement of receiver like the old pair. Also most recently they have both been shutting down several times a day and come back when I reboot. Not acceptable product!

Ben is professional and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend him to anyone who has (or even think they might have) a hearing loss.

With only a foreign audiological evaluation in hand, I was recently trying to help a friend find a hearing aid solution for his mother living in Nepal. Despite the fact that my friend’s mother was not a patient sitting in her office, Dr. Lyuba Nemanov graciously sat with us, and patiently helped us to better understand hearing loss - the causes, the international options available to us, and the probable expectations. I now know more than I ever imagined about digital devices, ear impressions and molds, cochlear implants, and zinc battery life. Dr. Nemanov genuinely cared about helping us to help my friend’s mother regain her hearing - to me that speaks volumes about her dedication to her practice. My friend’s mother will never have the opportunity to be Dr. Nemanov’s patient, but I will - and I wholeheartedly recommend her to my friend’s and anyone reading this post!
