Hearing Aid

Over a year ago I was looking for new hearing aids for replacement to my older models. I attended a seminar at a different hearing establishment and was interested in the Tinnitus option of one of the models. The hearing aids were great but the prices quoted at that time were not in line with my affordability. I did some research and found Affordable Hearing Center in Broomfield carried these particular hearing aids at reduced prices. The staff was very good at diagnosing my hearing loss and setting up the Tinnitus options and best of all the prices were significantly lower. Later when my father was complaining of hearing difficulty I took him over to Affordable Hearing. I was amazed at how well the staff worked with a 92 year old. My father now has his first set of hearing aids. He looks forward to putting them on in the morning so he can hear. My experience with Affordable Hearing has been very positive.

I find the hours very inconvenient. Mondays and Fridays closed? Otherwise the service and everything else was excellent when they are open.

My experience with Affordable Hearing was great as expected. When ever I have an appointment I am treated with respect by all of the staff. Whether or not it is on the phone or at the office on Grant street where my appointments are scheduled. I am very satisfied with the hearing aids they recommended and look forward to my 6 month appointment.

What a positive experience! I never realized how much hearing loss I had until my first appointment at Beltone 3 years ago. Audiologist, David Ives took the time to explain the different types of hearing loss & I can't say enough about the difference for me today. Every morning I put my hearing aids in because I don't want to miss a thing!

Dr. Rob Gardner is the best!!! He and his staff are patient with me and really want to help me hear better. He has changed my life. I have to say, My wife loves Rob now also, because she does not have to repeat herself 20 times to me. Thanks Rob!!!

Dr. Pearl was very patient and helpful in fitting and adjusting my new hearing aids. She didn't give up until they were unobstrustive and comfortable to wear. She was friendly, gave complete explanations and was supportive when I was frustrated. I highly recommend working with her and am grateful to be able to hear better.

UPDATE: The audiologist, Aranza, resolved the phone tag issue with me and I've been extremely pleased with her service since then. I got my earmold and the price was reasonable and it works really great! I had a small issue with it at first but Aranza fixed it right away. She's definitely my go-to audiologist now! OLD REVIEW: The biggest waste of time ever. I came in here over a month ago to have a new earmold made, and the audiologist told me that it'd take about a week for my new earmold to come in. It's been 5 weeks and I haven't heard a peep from them. I called and emailed them multiple times. Sometimes I'd get a person on the phone but they'd tell me that someone would get back to me. That proved to be false. It shouldn't be this difficult to get a hold of a business. I'm over here, willing to give them my money, but they're not letting me. I'm really not impressed with the way they run this office and I'll have another earmold made at another hearing center. Bottom line: If you need a new earmold ASAP, do NOT come here. They'll waste your time by dodging your calls and not providing any service whatsoever.

The price is much lower than the first place I looked. They come with insurance for 3 years then discounts for service or replacement. Stop in anytime for a quick question. I would recommend Costco hearing with their personal service over the discount hearing aids on the internet.

My husband Brian had a very good experience having a tune up on his hearing aids.Just the cleaning removed rust and dust and debris from battery compartment then they were able to raise the volume on left side which greatly improved his hearing.He is very grateful for their service. THANK YOU

Terrible customer service, couldn’t spare 5 minutes for an emergency repair. Best avoided since they are extremely inflexible.

Yvonne and Dr. Kinn have made my visits pleasant and accommodating. Both professional. Dr. Kinn has taken the time to explain the needed adjustments and eliminated the problems I was having--e.g.background noise. Look forward to followup appointments and appropriate adjustments. Thanks Charles L.
