Extremely helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable about military insurance and the VA. I'd recommend them to anyone, especially veterans.

One of my phonaks stopped working and I dropped by Hull, fearing they would have to be sent off or i'd have to pay some ridiculous amount of money to get them fixed. The nice lady at the counter went back into their lab and immediately diagnosed and fixed the problem on the spot. Great customer service!

Very thorough and wealth of knowledge...polite and courteous...I came to visit family and brought my mom in to have her current hearing aids that were purchased out of state serviced. I was in need of a part for a hearing aid for my father. Mr. Miller ordered the part even though he was not the supplier of the hearing aid. He was very quick to respond to all communications and I never had a problem meeting him at his office. When the part arrived (sooner then predicted) he sent me a text to let me know it was available and I was able to pick it up the next day. Even though my father lives out of the area, I intend to bring him to Home Care Hearing Aid Services the next time he is in need of service or a new hearing aid. Great Experience!
