The Hear Again Center has blessed us with the ability to once again hear things that we had lost . For myself & my wife, Doctor LaBelle has been the most professional & caring person regarding the procedural process. Her front people (Denise & Lynn) have also provided the utmost concern for all that we needed. It is so comforting to have an appointment that is actually ON TIME! I have been getting hearing aids from OTO Health for 16 years. These newest Oticon Hearing Aids are amazing. While it is true that each generation of hearing aids has been better than the last, the new, blue-toothed hearing aids work like my own ears. I no longer have to ask people to repeat themselves. I can hear movies and television without closed captions. I can hear what is going on in an auditorium. I can hear, as well as anyone else, in a noisy restaurant. Essentially, my new Oticon Hearing Aids have made it possible for me to tune back into the world around me. Leo Katz is a fabulous audiologist.

Great experience here. They helped my 102 year old mother hear what another hearing professional said could not be improved. They were also very responsive when her hearing aid stopped working. Very professional and quality customer service.

l was in a difficult situation,my mother's hearing aid had broke a couple days before she had an immigration appointment. I searched on Google "audiologists near my location " Lucky for us we found Sonus in Arlington,Virginia with Dr. Romano who provided us with a loan hearing aid because the new one would be hear in two weeks. I felt like I went to the right place. The warm welcome from Miss Valerie the receptionist and Dr. Romano's knowledge made this whole process incredibly easy. Ashley Butler was the hearing instrument specialist who tested my hearing. She was pleasant to deal with and very patient. My experience with Ms. Butler and HearUSA was 100 percent satisfactory.

Mr.Chris & mr.mike are the best staff working here,they have lot of patience to explain & take care to adjust & cleaning my hearing aids with smiling faces. They are excellent deserve 5 star. Sure I will recommend to my friends & relatives.

My visit was for a periodic cleaning. The staff is courteous and attentive to their clients. My visit went well and I was promptly attended to. They are a delight to work with.

Advanced Hearing was highly recommended to me, and I am pleased to have followed that recommendation. The Audiologists (Dr. Maria; Dr. Lilly) were highly qualified and staff very efficient and accommodating. I am pleased to say that they even call periodically to ask how one is doing with the new hearing aids. Based on my experience, I also recommend Advanced Hearing to anyone looking forward to purchasing hearing aids.

Extremely slow, very nice people, but horrendously slow, waited a full hour with a morning appointment and was told it will be another 15 minutes before I would be seen. I opted to reschedule for later in the afternoon and the same was about to ensue before I cancelled and walked away.
